В ванне ужасно пахнет канализацией. На стойке регистрации отказались принимать, так как мой паспорт находится на прописке в мфц и у меня есть документ подтверждающий, даже не стали предлагать альтернативу, им просто было все равно … Заселили по моему китайскому внж в загран паспорте через миллион уговоров, отель был оплачен.. но отправляли ночевать на вокзал! Попросила вилку и нож, несли около часа в номер! Максимум 3 звезды и это достаточно!
