Courtyard Mt. Pleasant at Central Michigan University Reviews

It’s located across the street from the Peace Grove Memorial, which I helped construct back in 1994!

We've stayed at this Marriott several times and it's always top notch. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the service was impeccable. We celebrated my daughter's birthday and it was great.

Great hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Nice Decorations. Was my 2nd stay and they did not disappoint. Will stay here again when in the area.

Beware that breakfast is not included with your room cost. I should've known better that "breakfast available" does not been it's included.

Place looked Brand New! I had to ask how long it had been there (6 years!). Staff was kind and had a great sense of humor. Very large gathering area when you walk in. Pool is nice, good size, with hot tub on the side. Fitness room looked large and very accommodating for those who do that sort of thing. (lol) Room was still like new. Rooms did not feel cramped. Firmer beds, but comfortable. Nice larger bathroom. HVAC easy to use and quiet. Would stay again.

Great stay, bed was uncomfortable though. That was the only downfall.

Booked due to the proximity to CMU and our daughter's dorm. Only complaint was that the room was not ready upon arrival, receptionist stated 20 minutes and room would be ready. We walked CMU’s campus and returned over an hour later only to be told the room was not ready and it would be 20 minutes. ☹

Wonderful, clean hotel. Our room was very spacious. Plenty of room for our family. The only thing I would complain about would be the bed. I found it to be very stiff and uncomfortable. That is my only complaint. Everything else was absolutely wonderful.

Thee best hotel stay I’ve had in quite a while. Not one thing to complain about. I will stay here every time I’m in the Mt Pleasant area. Very clean and peaceful.

Looks like the shower liner was moldy on the bottom so instead of putting in a new one they simple cut of the bottom of the liner. The liner was way too short now to keep the water in and the floor would get soaked.

Nice sized rooms, clean newer bathroom. Interesting corner cabinet with refrigerator and microwave. Very quiet on a Friday and Saturday. Walking paths nearby and access to campus was easy.

Our stay was amazing here. Staff was friendly when we arrived. Drinks were good at the bar. Our room was spacious and very clean. Liked the hotel shampoo. My husband and I stayed here for a concert and this was the best place we have stayed so far. Definitely will be staying here again!
