GGuest UserFirst off, I was quite happy with the room location they assigned me at check-in. The hotel's location is convenient; the scenic area's self-drive entrance is right downstairs, and the room has a great view. However, at 12 AM on the night I checked in, four people in the adjacent room were playing cards and chatting extremely loudly. I could clearly hear every card played and the loud laughter of several women from my room, making it impossible to sleep. The poor soundproofing is mainly because the hotel room type has been modified; there's a sealed-off door in the wall between the two rooms. This door provides very poor sound insulation and definitely can't compare to a solid wall. I especially want to complain about the hotel's front desk. I called them twice to send someone to handle the situation, but no one did, and I would have known if they had, since I could hear everything next door. Eventually, I went down to the front desk in the early hours of the morning to confront them and demand they address it. Only then did the front desk speak to the people next door. Poor service, to say the least.

GGuest UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Sayram Lake Scenic Area and very close to the new tourist center, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The room was spotless, with brand new facilities, and the quiet environment made for a truly relaxing stay. The bedding was just right – not too soft, not too firm – ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and quick to assist with check-in and any inquiries. They were also proactive in offering help when needed. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes that were all delicious. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience with good value for money. If you're visiting Sayram Lake, you can't go wrong with this hotel.

Surprise 1: Here at the high point of Saihu, you can watch the sunrise when you get up, and you can also watch the entire Saihu. For adults, this view is absolutely amazing. Surprise 2: The boss is a family of three, the son is a handsome guy in Kazakh, is the best Mandarin at home, communication with customers is him, communication is completely barrier-free, the family is particularly simple and enthusiastic, ask everything is to get it will try to satisfy. Surprise 3: They raised a group of cattle in their family, and other families on the mountain behind them raised a group of sheep. There are 2 sheep dogs and a few horses in the family. This is really a picture that children like. Play with dogs, talk to lambs, ride horses and ride horses all the time... There is also the difference between sheep dung and cow dung. Because it's visible everywhere, it's natural. Surprise 4: For dinner, I ordered mutton skewers, clear lamb chops, hand-caught rice, two big and one small actually did not finish, the weight was very large, and the taste was very good. GGuest UserI initially chose this place for its unique glass-house design, which I found very appealing. To my surprise, the room was super warm at night thanks to the underfloor heating. The staff was incredibly thoughtful and even turned on the heating for us in advance, so arriving after 1 AM was still very comfortable. I'm quite particular about bathroom cleanliness, and this one was spotless. Just a small heads-up: the shower floor can be a bit slippery, so be careful. The staff mentioned 24-hour service, so I assume they have rotating shifts – very considerate! Besides breakfast, you can enjoy complimentary coffee at the front desk in the morning, which was a lovely bonus. The location is great, very close to Dongmen. On a clear morning, the views were beautiful, putting me in a wonderful mood! Overall, a truly memorable experience.

GGuest UserI originally booked the resort, but then got upgraded to the Puli Hotel. The location is superb, very close to the East Gate of Sayram Lake, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The king-size room was spacious and bright, with a brand-new light luxury decor. The large bed was soft and comfortable for sleeping. The panoramic floor-toceiling windows offered stunning views of the snowy mountains and spruce trees; waking up to watch the sunrise and enjoying the lake colors in the evening was absolutely breathtaking. The underfloor heating kept the entire room warm and cozy, and the attention to detail was impeccable, with friendly and thoughtful service. The breakfast was plentiful. A perfect experience, highly recommended!

GGuest UserMy first capsule hotel experience totally exceeded my expectations! It felt really safe and cozy in there, and the bed was so clean and comfy. They even offer free laundry service, which was a huge plus. Location-wise, it's pretty great too. I was walking to the park, and it was super close to the Old East Gate entrance. Plus, there are tons of good places to eat and convenience stores nearby, making it incredibly convenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from the east gate of Sayram Lake scenic area, a very short drive away, with plenty of parking. The rooms are clean, and the indoor environment is good. The accommodation area is quiet and free from noise. However, when taking a hot shower, there's only enough hot water for one person; the next person has to wait a long time, which needs improvement. The breakfast is rich and good, and the restaurant is quite large. There were water stains on the plates, possibly indicating they hadn't been disinfected yet. Outside the window, you can see snow-capped mountains. Construction workers were redecorating the hotel's exterior, so the outdoor facilities aren't finished yet. Overall, it didn't affect our stay.

Yy3nch1ngWe booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us. Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient. There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful. The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park. Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.
