Unprofessional staff at front office ***ager do not book this hotel they don't have courtesy to take care of there if you book this hotel they will cheat you there are ***y hotel beside,if you book this hotel you will waste ur money ,I had very bad experience hotel is good but staff and ***ager as very unprofessional and pathetic,no ***ners If you're staying and you had any complain regarding service ***ager will tell your to get out if you don't want to stay very very very very very very very poor and pathetic experience I had in my stay zero tolerance

I liked how it was set back from the busy road with a gatehouse for the enterprise park. It was value for the money, breakfast on the roof terrace was nice. Small things like lock not catching and wash hand basin pipes needing to flow more freely would have raised the score. Also didn’t accept UK credit card so had to use atm to pay.

Hotel is very close to the airport, very clean (clean room, linen and bathroom) and has elevator.
Slightly difficult to locate once you are near, but not bad.
Hotel staff was well spoken and provide timely wake up call.
Hotel does offer taxi booking to airport for 500 bucks. We had 6 bags so we booked it as we were told it will be a big taxi, but ended up getting a small one with most luggage on carrier (roof).

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was basic but okay for me as l prefer no frills. There are restaurants nearby so easy to get dinner. The hotel is near the airport but roads can be very busy at peak times.

The property is located in a very decent locality near to Saki Naka Junction and Metro. Rooms are bit small but quiet clean and sufficient for a couple or 2 persons. they providing 24/7 hot water, room service etc. a

Booked a room for 2 but got none with twin bed. All basic requirements were for 1 person..1 towel, 1 tooth brush etc.
No window , no natural ventilation

Not worth the price at all. Overpriced. Small rooms, Worst service did not give towels for entire day. did not change room on requeast. Staff ignores you. Room with toilet view instead of city view. Go only if you get delux room for 2000. otherwise don't go only. Worst service. Breakfast ok only.

Small & clean rooms. Rooms has no window. Breakfast spread not huge but tasty. They don't have room service and in house kitchen to serve lunch/dinner/anything. No tea/coffee maker in room. There is dispense for tea/coffee in 4th floor people can use that. For any food requirement you have to depend on Swiggy/Zomato also they don't deliver it to room and not provide cutlery to have food at your room with ease. Which I feel very inconvenient. I asked for just 1hr extension to front office he denied and said we have to charge you for that. If we are for 1N stay then it is recommendable otherwise no second time stay. Only best part is neat and clean room.

Terrible! This hotel is not at all close to the photos it has on website. We had multiple issues: aize of the rooms are too tiny, the AC in our room was broken and wasn’t cooling, water wasn’t passing from the shower area, the entire hotel was reeking of cigarette smell. Also, the ********** listing said thatbit has a kitchen and dining option, but only thing available in the hotel was minimal breakfast. Terrible stay!

Hotel is close to the Airport. Absolute Value for Money. It's a small Business/ Transit Hotel Room was of a decent size. It also had an Extra Bed. Sheets clean. AC working Well. It's not a resort type of Hotel. Not a 'Fun' place with amenities. But excellent for Overnight stay. Ventilation can be a small issue; but it didn't matter in my short stay. Breakfast was regular. Would recommend for basic short Stay for low prices.

I had gone on work and decided to stay at the Leafio Hotel because a business colleague had stayed there earlier. Room was decent and clean so i thought i was sorted. However i fell unwell in the evening around 9.30 pm and being a senior citizen i thought the hotel would send someone to bring medicine for me. To my surprise the front desk flatly refused to send anybody. I then asked to speak to the ***ager who the front desk contacted but he also did not tell them to get me the medicine. So at this late hour I had no option but to go and buy my own medicine even though i was quite sick *****with being a Senior Citizen. I expected an apology the next morning from the ***ager and despite my mentioning a couple of times none was forthcoming. Sad to see that in a service Industry etiquette and just hu*** warmth are dying down and Hotel Leafio is a perfect example of how our standards are just dropping.

Rooms were so clean and nice. Service was good. Breakfast was so yummy. Staff was very polite and helpful. Room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was neat and clean. Location is perfect. Nice arrangement was done for wedding.

Overall a lot of parking around. Checkin was a little “different” in the sense that it didn’t seem too welcoming but can’t expect much from a 3 star hotel (as claimed). Rooms are terribly small and has no windows. Partition between rooms was made of wood and someone’s night snoring could be faintly heard from my room. Breakfast is reasonably good in buffet style with a good view from the 5th floor. Overall I would suggest looking for other options as there are ***y better deals in the same area. I didn’t concern myself much since I had originally planned for only a one day stay, however when I had to extend it, I checked out from here and shifted to the Blue Moon hotel around 2kms away. Got the 2nd option (Deluxe) room for 1000 INR cheaper a night and it was a huge difference when comparing room size / cleanliness / breathability etc. except the breakfast. I suggest look for this hotel. Much better deal in all aspects.
