Hotel Kamran Residency - Near US Embassy is very near to Airport & BKC, and the service is quite well. Hotel is good to check in because its just 10-15 min away from U.S. Consulate.It was really a nice experience with this Property. Everything went smooth and perfect. Overall it is a well maintained property.

GGuest UserI was upgraded to the Taj Club Sea view room free of charge, I was also able to check-out at 6pm as I was not feeling too good on the day of check out. The service from all the staff are excellent, food and drink is great, I wanted vegetarian sausages for breakfast, and as per my request they provided the breakfast, the Taj will never say NO to any request. The Jiva SPA is really good, me and my dad had a 2 hour session. The outdoor pool is great ***** with services provided for food and drink. I will definitely be staying at the Taj Mahal Palace hotel in Mumbai very soon.

SSib16I recently had the pleasure of staying at JW Marriott Juhu, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We weren’t entirely happy about the check-in process as we got assigned to a room which had arrangements for another guest however it was taken care immediately after being addressed.
I would like to commend three staff members who went above and beyond to make my stay truly remarkable - The front office manager Mr.Abhishek, Mr.Rushikesh from the housekeeping department, and Mr.Vinmesh from the executive lounge.
Rushikesh, from the housekeeping department, deserves special recognition for his attention to detail and dedication to ensuring that my room was always impeccably clean and well-maintained. He consistently went out of his way to fulfill any special requests I had, and his warm and friendly demeanor made me feel truly valued as a guest.
Mr.Abhishek, the manager at front office, made a lasting impression with his professionalism, efficiency, and genuine warmth. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to him for the hamper placed in my room. It really made our day.
I would also like to mention Mr.Vinmesh from the executive lounge as his warmth and friendliness created an inviting atmosphere in the lounge, making it a delightful place to relax and unwind
Apart from the exceptional service provided by these individuals, the hotel itself was outstanding. The facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and easily accessible. My experience at Dashanzi is also worth mentioning as I had an impeccable experience there! The entire service team worked flawlessly to make my evening absolutely amazing.
In conclusion, my stay at JW Marriott Juhu was an unforgettable experience, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Rushikesh, Abhishek, and Vinmesh.

GGuest UserI have been coming to Fairfield for almost 4 months now. Hands down, it's one of the best properties for business travellers with a serene ambience and an exceptional staff, which caters to all the needs of the guests promptly. I would like to give a special shoutout to Anup for being one of the best staff members in the restaurant Mado Mado. He has been diligent and smart about his work amd has played a significant role in making my trips to the hotel and the buffet meals a lot more memorable.

Ssjs299We booked a King One Bedroom Suite with Sea View - Smoking. But during check-in we found out that we were getting a non-smoking room. Not a deal breaker but it would be good for the hotel to keep the room sold out if they cannot offer what is stated. To compensate they did upgrade us to the 2nd largest room in the hotel with both the sea and city view, which was nice.
The hotel room was beautiful and spacious, in general was clean, but the cups and glasses in the room were not clean at all, the same for the breakfast area.
The staff was nice and accommodating, room service was fast and they took great care of their guest when it came to serving breakfast.
The location of the hotel is one of the best in Mumbai, and the view is gorgeous - the queens necklace.
100% recommend :)

LliuhunterThe service attitude of the hotel is okay, but the facilities are relatively outdated, which is not comparable to hotels at this price in China. On the first morning there was a dead cockroach on the sink in the bathroom. In addition, the speed of the Internet is extremely slow, the free one is only 512k, and it often fails to connect for no reason. After entering the room number and last name, it prompts that the connection failed, and restarting the computer does not work.

AAdam W MorleyThe breakfast which was included was above our expectations and the staff there were very friendly. There was also snacks available in the afternoon which was a nice touch as the food was very good. The location of the hotel was good for the south of Mumbai and only 35 mins from the airport in a car. If you have a lot of activities in the north I would maybe recommend against this hotel as there would be a lot of travelling.The door staff and bell boys were also very polite and would go out of their way to do things for you. Unfortunately the worst part of our experience was the reception staff who gave you the feeling of being a burden. A lot of requests and questions were met with short answers and not much of a smile. Lastly the layout of our room was strange with the bed in the centre of the room and next to the phone on the wall which you would knock off the handle if you moved in the night. Also the room was different to the pictures on the site.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a lovely setting, right on Juhu Beach, facing west. The sunsets are a beautiful sight. Getting there to and from the airport was relatively easy. A 30 minute taxi ride from the airport at midnight and a 20 minute ride to the airport at 06:00. Drinks and food are expensive for India. However food quality is excellent throughout the day. With regard to drinks unfortunately there was no draft beer available at all, and bottled beer was INR 700 for a small bottle. Wine was also very expensive. Staff and service were excellent at all times and in all departments. The pool is quite small for the size of hotel, but it was never busy. There was a disappointingly low number of pool loungers (10) provided, which were ‘reserved’ for the day early on. Shade availability at the pool was good. There is a lovely beachside bar, again with very good service, however please see below regarding parties. Bedrooms were large, well equipped and very comfortable. Everything you needed was there, and peace and quite levels were excellent, even though my room was next to the lift and stairs. Plenty of bottled water was available and this was regularly replenished. Bathrooms again were excellent with a wide range of accessories and consumable items provided. Security at the exterior of the hotel was first class. Inside the hotel access to the floors with rooms via lifts was protected by room key readers, but you could freely walk up the stairs! Safes were provided in rooms but mine wasn’t fixed down, so you could easily remove the whole safe were you minded to do so. I believe there was more secure safe storage available at the front desk, but I didn’t try to use it. The hotel had a wedding or a party outside by the beach every night we were there. These are spectacular events but the novelty soon wears off, and the loud music slightly spoils the outside pool or beachside experience. Overall very good.

AAnaïs BI just left my room in the city palace. Bilan. I'm already sure I haven't had the room I had booked by bravofly. On the top, I don't congratulate bravofly who did not pass any information to show me to my arrival. I had a room of less than 4m2. To sleep, it's enough. No shower or toilet in the room of course. Hygiene correct if you refer to the hotel in general. Very many staff and rather laughing. Now the less fun sides. The price, probably 800 per night returns to me less to almost 1000.. For Mumbai, it is correct to 800, one may be less than 1000 but I passed through an intermediary so I keep 800.la advertised TV not work and it was a small cathodic tube. I didn't need it, but it's in the ad as a strong point and it's not a strong point at all. The real problem I had is noise. The whole street, clearson all night or almost, is going and comes incessantly from staff and customers. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. They had seen the tourist couple who leaves the train at 23:30 p.m. near all to not spend the night out and we rent a 4m2 room without windows at 2000 roupies. In short, I don't recommend this hotel unless you come to book in the early morning and choose the side and not more than 800. Or then, may be on til de belle chambre in the other floors but I have a big doubt That's it
