Hotel Kemps Corner

This hotel does something so cool and different from other hotels I’ve been to in India, they offer complimentary snacks in the evening from 5:30-6:30pm which offers you an opportunity to try local food. They also put a few snacks in your room which was a really nice touch. They also offer a complimentary foot massage each morning which is a really nice to have. The staff are incredibly nice. The best part of my room was the little balcony. The bed and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable though! It’s a well located hotel and about 5km from most tourist attractions and taxis are easy to come by.

The breakfast which was included was above our expectations and the staff there were very friendly. There was also snacks available in the afternoon which was a nice touch as the food was very good. The location of the hotel was good for the south of Mumbai and only 35 mins from the airport in a car. If you have a lot of activities in the north I would maybe recommend against this hotel as there would be a lot of travelling.The door staff and bell boys were also very polite and would go out of their way to do things for you. Unfortunately the worst part of our experience was the reception staff who gave you the feeling of being a burden. A lot of requests and questions were met with short answers and not much of a smile. Lastly the layout of our room was strange with the bed in the centre of the room and next to the phone on the wall which you would knock off the handle if you moved in the night. Also the room was different to the pictures on the site.

Breakfast was good, however options were limited. Toilet kit not replenished or refilled, approach is very narrow, however location and ambience are good. Comfortable stay

It is a really shady hotel. Literally unsafe for women travellers. The staff is very unsupportive and indecent. Please avoid.

Very unprofessional staff. Unhygienic rooms, stale food and rude manager. Had to check out a day early! still no apology from hotel staff.

I stayed at the hotel with my partner who just had a surgery. The hotel staff is very negligent. Took them whole day to fix the tv set top box, you have to chase the for water bottles in room. Hygiene is poor. Manager is very unprofessional. It was so bad we had to leave this hotel a day early and check in at another hotel!

Neat and clean hotel. A bit expensive but as it is in posh area, staffs are very amiable, cordial, very good. Overall pleasant stay of mine.

Very pretty decor, friendly and co-operative staff, delicious breakfast with a great variety and a fantastic location. What else do one need?

The management staff very cordial and smiling ready at our service and understanding our problems and co -operating with us. 1. Snacks served in the evening are good in taste and freshly served 2. The cake made in house is excellent and served on the house. 3. Rooms are very clean and spacious. 4. I love the juices served at the reception. 5. Breakfast is sumptuous and healthy served at rooftop with sweet sounds of live playing of basuri and complimentary foot massage.
