Sheraton Oman Hotel Reviews

The hotel has a great charm and deep feeling of its history which corresponds to its classic design. The territory is not big, but well enough for a city and business hotel, there was a swimming pool outside and inside. We booked a club room, which was a very nice. Breakfast was delicious with variety of cheese, hot bites, and even salmon, as well as fruits and fresh juices. Hotel staff was very kind and professional.

I loved my stay at the Sheraton Oman. The staff were wonderful- they bent over backwards to help us. I had a couple minor issues with my room, and they came as soon as I informed them, and were fixed immediately. One of the housekeepers picked up the robe I’d been using when they were cleaning and when I asked for a replacement they brought 2 more! They were happy to bring me extra nespresso pods and milk a couple times too. The restaurant staff were so attentive and helpful- Tharindu, Pravda and Khalid and the chef, Krishna- they brought us out coffees and juices at breakfast and made sure I had everything I needed. They allowed my friend and I to eat off the a la carte menu at dinner instead of the iftar menu, since the other hotel restaurants were closed for Ramadan; and when we said we had to leave early at 5am for our flight they packed a lovely to-go box with pastries, fruit, coffee, juice and eggs. I personally really appreciated that the gym was open 24 hours so I could work out before breakfast, and the equipment was pretty good for a hotel gym! My only note for other travelers would be that the hotel is a little far from some of the touristy sights of Muscat. Also, there aren’t many alternative food options around the hotel. But the hotel itself has lots of great options so for us it worked out absolutely fine.

- room was pretty dusty and i asked 2 time to clean and they finally sent clean service after 3 hours ! - breakfast is most horrible taste i've ever tried among same range hotel ! ( Do not pay for breakfast it doesnt worth 8 Rial per person ) - gym is pretty quiet with awesome equipments ! - first floor café waiters are pretty lazy to take your order and barely can see them to raise your hand for order !

It was such a happy experience The staff was very friendly and provided free late check-out. The welcome drink and coffee were perfect too. I'm not a vegetarian, but I ate breakfast well, and I loved the variety of food, the good a**osphere, the friendly staff, and the swimming pool was perfect. However, only women can use the swimming pool from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.

The room type is good, the environment is also good, the dinner is so-so, especially the buffet, there is nothing to eat, the outdoor buffet barbecue dinner was okay, I feel that the dinner can be greatly improved

Very good hotel, comfortable stay, all-around good 👍There are many varieties of breakfast, you can eat to your satisfaction. I will come back here next time.

Vic8no Mutra, so easy to get to the old town, but far from everything else Stale, desolate structure, old swimming pool, uncared for garden. All very abandoned. Breakfast during Ramadan in the small lounge with very limited choice and poor quality. The only positive note is the breakfast room staff who tried in every way to compensate for the limitations of the offer and the staff in general. There is no concierge and if you ask the reception for advice on restaurants in which to dine, you will hardly be helped. I do not recommend it, it is a 3 star hotel.
