We cannot say enough wonderful things about Nissaki Boutique Hotel. From the minute we booked our room we received an email from the team so excited that we chose them for our honeymoon. We arrived late due to a plane delay but the driver was there waiting as promised and he was very helpful and friendly. He offered suggestions on things to see and do as well as restaurants to check out. The people at Nissaki were unbelievable. Friendly, helpful, personable and all around a great group that goes above and beyond for their guests. From the customer service, to the drivers, to the cleaners, to the servers and bartender you are well taken care of. A few made our trip extra special - Anastasia in customer service, Maria our server and Sakis the bartender extraordinaire. These 3 always had smiles on their faces and always asked if we needed anything. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect and it truly was. The honeymoon suite was beautiful. Very spacious, had a wonderful balcony and ocean view and was very quiet. This was a magical and perfect trip and we cannot wait to go back! You have your choice of 2 beaches which are a quick walk from Nissaki. The food and drinks were delicious. While this is a Luxury hotel, the service was top notch, the views were breathtaking and our honeymoon was a dream. Thank you Nissaki for making our stay so wonderful. Special thanks again to Anastasia, Maria and Sakis who went above their duties to show they cared. When your bartender (Sakis) orders your husband a bottle of Crown Royal because they didn't have any at the bar, you know they value their customers and want everyone to have a pleasant stay.  Absolutely beautiful hotel.

This place is MAGIC! The views of the sea were better than expected, the staff were super helpful and friendly, and the location is.. wow, I can’t believe such a place exists!  Upon arrival, we were allowed to check-in early, which was great. However, the room we were given (519) was not a “sea view”. Yes, you can (barely) see the sea from the window but it’s definitely not what the images show online. Room 519 is directly in front of the evening restaurant so anyone could see in from there, should they be so nosey ;)   We felt bad asking to move rooms, however the staff were so kind and accommodating about it - they even upgraded us for free, which we were not expecting at all!!  If I would give one criticism, it would be to not offer the 519 room as a “sea view” because it’s really not. However, I’m sure it’s not the first time they’ve heard similar feedback about this room. Don’t get me wrong, the room itself was beautiful, very clean and modern. However, one of the reasons why we chose this hotel in the first place was because of the bedroom views.  All and all, it was an amazing experience, the restaurant/bar staff are super nice too - just everyone that works there, I can’t fault them!   Such a wonderful hotel with AMAZING hardworking staff!  We will definitely be staying here again!!

The hotel is absolutely magical, we spent 3 nights in the VIP suite which was amazing and beautiful. Had the most gorgeous view and we maximized the indoor and outdoor jacuzzis. The restaurant was so delicious, we had the fish and the pasta dishes and both were exceptional. But the Nisaki staff are the ones who stole our hearts, Anastasia, Flotis, and the 2 Marias were so attentive and caring. They made sure all of our needs were taken care of and even double checked the outdoor hot tub was warm enough since the weather was cooler. It was hard to leave and we would absolutely return to this location. It was right out of a fairytale.
