I was very happy with my stay at Fedha Residences! the location is great: many cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are nearby, you can also walk to many places. The people at Fedha are very nice and extremely helpful. They made my stay special and took care of me when I needed their assistance. I highly recommend staying here when you visit Nairobi.

It was fine

I used it because it was close to the airport. The room and bed were large enough. There is a McDonald's and Starbucks about 20 minutes walk away.

Very nice large apartment in a great neighborhood. Stores, supermarket, restaurants, etc., in walking distance away. I recommend Fedha for families, couples and solo travelers. The staff is also very helpful.

I felt very safe. My room was facing a number of bars/restaurants so it got really loud at late night. The service was great though, from security, check-in to check-out. I was bitten by a mosquito which I was able to kill and ****** a lot of blood off me - they need to address this to avoid guests getting sick from mosquito bites.

Fedha Residences is well situated to shopping and restaurants. The rooms were very clean and modern and the breakfast was very good. I was particularly impressed with all the staff who were exceptionally friendly and professional. I would stay here again.

Very modern and clean apartment block in a very quiet corner of Kilimani. Conveniently located near restaurants, bars, supermarket and malls. The security guards should be better trained to allow in Ubers/Taxis to pick guests.

Amazing place super clean fully furnished very secure , Very Friendly staff and always attentive, walking distance to Yaya center,Kilimani Mall and lots of restaurants. I promise you won’t regret your stay.

I stayed here twice with my family. Both times were great. The apartment was clean, safe and staff provided good service. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this place to others.

The north part of the Residence is extremely noisy during the night with pub and restaurant. The hand towels and bath towels are old and rotten, turned into burrs and holes. Sometimes they did not give us hand towels saying that the number is not enough. The sheets and quilts are not enough either. The room cleaner put once a single quilt’s cover on a double quilt. One receptionist is impolite and cold with IQ problem. She could never count rightly and always needed us to help when confirming the inventory. She demanded 3 times to confirm, check-in day, the afternoon of the check-out day and the midnight when we were in a hurry for the airport, she went to the apartment to confirm for the 3rd time! She treated us like thieves. There were only 4 bath towers and she insisted that there should be 5. Do we need to steal your disgusting old rotten towers?! We have stayed several times here in 2018 and 2019. At that time, the service was reasonable. This is why we have chosen this place this time, but this receptionist undoubtedly ended the business. This is undoubtedly the last time we stayed there.

My family and I stayed there for 10 days in Dec 2021/Jan 2022. The place is clean, safe, tranquil, comfortable, and welcoming. It is in a great location, close to restaurants, a good supermarket, and Yaya shopping center. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I can't recommend Fedha Residences enough.

I stayed here and had to change my booking to depart one day earlier and they gave me a credit for one nights stay at a future date which they later disowned. Unprofessional, poor customer service with zero social amenities.

I only spent one night at Fedha Residences but I was pleasantly surprised. The check-in was quick and the staff is really friendly and accommodating. I stayed in the single room, and while it is very small, it works for a short stay. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom. They also provide a kettle, tea bags and sugar, as well as a bottle of water. The compound is secure and is close to shops and restaurants.
