The hotel is strategically located, convenient to play, smart toilet in the room, capsule coffee machine is very good. Ms. Wang Qian at the front desk was enthusiastic and professional. We stayed for another two days. We were catching up with the snow that we had encountered in Nanchang for decades and had a snowball fight with the children for a while. At noon, I went to the top floor of Wushang to eat Shilin Shi Yungui cuisine. I went to the rope tower on Tuesday. I recommend going at 4 pm. I can experience the night view before closing at 6 pm. Then I went to Jewelry Street to experience snacks and visited Wanshou Palace again. Family outings are recommended to live here, an afternoon tour of Tengwang Pavilion and a 7:40 cruise in the evening, enough to meet the needs of punching in.

Fantastic stay, room was great and spacious. Shout out to Penny for being such an amazing person and helping me out with everything. Penny contacted me a few hours before check in, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. She told me to contact her in case of anything and also upgraded my room! The customer service is definitely a wow factor! The rest of the staff were also extremely nice, and it is pretty amazing how quick the front desk picks up when you need something from your room. This stay was more than great, thanks again Crowne Plaza, definitely will be back; and special thanks to Penny for making my stay feel special!

The facilities of the old five-star hotel are in the style of an old hotel, and the location is superior, 5 minutes by taxi from the railway station in the old city. Shengjin Pagoda is downstairs. It is very convenient to go to famous scenic spots such as Tengwang Pavilion Bayi Square. There is also a Huangshanghuang specialty shop downstairs. It's really a one-stop shop for travel and shopping. The breakfast is rich in both Chinese and Western flavors, and the service staff are enthusiastic and exchange rooms. The family room is very large and has a bathtub, but there will be rusty water when the water is first released. There is a big dining table that is so convenient for us to pack back for dinner. All the family rooms are in this location of the hotel, so what you can see from the window is that the construction site is not beautiful. Traffic in the old city will be more congested, especially on holidays. The waiter at the door enthusiastically helped introduce the local characteristics of the scenic spots. It is worth staying in Nanchang for tourism.

Although the facilities of the five-star hotel are relatively old, it is better than the price/performance ratio and service quality, so it still gave a five-star praise. On the first day of the stay, I found that the room was very noisy above the large wind unit. I proposed to change the room. Miss Xiong at the front desk took the trouble to take me to other rooms. Finally, I successfully solved the noise problem and lived in a satisfactory room. During the stay, the room service Ding Yujun always kept smiling. Service, timely cleaning, clean and neat, feel the warm temperature in the harsh winter.
