The hotel is next to a Costco and a small (H Mart). Very convenient. The room was somewhat clean, but no dryer.

Need to mark it 1 star on account it was a non smoking hotel - and strong cannibis odor throughout the entire second floor.

Great location! Walkable to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Close to public transit and a hot spot for rideshare if you need it. Room was comfortable and clean with daily housekeeping. I just wish the rooms had a fridge and a microwave. Overall a great stay!

Everything about the check in was great , the only thing thatvis annoying is the fact that housekeeping starts banging on doors at 830 am when check out is at 11am , i paid $10 to check in early just for housekeeping to start knocking and waking us up hours before we are supposed to check out , its rude and annoying ,please stop that

The ice machine wasn’t working. There was only a nightstand on one side of the bed. The bed was squeaky as you sat on the side. There was no extra roll of toilet paper. The electric went out twice for a number of minutes. There was no hot water for tea at the morning station. I had my own tea bags, and it was 8:55,but no hot water. The last several times we stayed there, none of these problems!

The room was clean and we noticed it smelled really good when we walked in like it was sprayed smell was good

Third stay at this location -- easy access to expressways, clean and seems safe, easy check-in/out, friendly staff. No frills, but that is adequate to my travel needs.

It would have been helpful if I was told at check in the policy was no cleaning daily - just fresh towels and emptying trash. I still had to ask for fresh towels and trash pickup every day of my stay. Everyone at the front desk was great.

Room was alright no microwave or fridge. Room service everyday so thats either a plus or minus. chairs for desk are hardwood and will kill your bottom end!

I needed a cheap night so that I could visit my hometown for the holiday and I really appreciate this motel 6! under $100 which is the cheapest in Naperville and surrounding areas without getting into Chicago. This hotel was cleaner, more comfortable, and overall better than any other hotel i've stayed in for this price point. I WILL be staying here again next time I get homesick!

This place has everything I need! Great staff and a great property!

The hotel staff was amazing. My room was conveniently located to the side door. Would like to have had a small mini fridge in the room. Television was not easy to find channels. Did not see a guide in the room. Should have something saying only the lower channels are available. It was okay though; I wasn't there for the television.

Booked 4 nights. Left after 1. Would've left immediately after check in but it was too late to find other accomodations. Homeless people outside, people wandering around inside at all hours. Hallways and rooms are not properly represented on Expedia's website or app. Contacted ******* about property immediately and was told to call back when we checked out. After they verified we checked out they would contact business to issue refund. Manager at motel denied our refund because we didn't complain or cause a scene while on property. Apparently they expect the people staying there to act as a bad as the property looks. Beware of this property and stay somewhere else.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable and staff here is kind and accommodating. Aysia, at the front desk kind, professional, with a positive attitude, thank you again. Good day.
