Holiday Inn Express hotels are my go to. They are always clean and beds are very comfortable. Staff is always friendly

Everything was ok but when we asked for more pillows the woman said she would call us and if she found some we would have to come get them! She never called! For the price extra pillows should not be an inconvenience.

Very nice place to stay good for the work week a lot of dining options within minutes of the property.

Hotel had a great morning breakfast, workout room, and comfortable beds. We appreciated the late night check in as we were just passing through and arrived quite late at night.

Very comfortable and large room. Loved the heated underground parking, especially with rain/snow conditions outside!

Newer property so as expected things were in good condition and the room was clean. Nice gym. Very well equipped for a motel gym.

The pool was fantastic. The water temperature was nice and warm which was great for little kids. Underground parking was also a nice perk.

Very spacious and clean. Staff at front desk was very friendly! The heated parking garage was fabulous!!

I asked for directions to a grocery store and told me to goggle it and that she doesn’t know directions. But she was pretty sure I needed to turn right leaving the property. I laughed later when I found there was no left turn allowed when leaving the property. Duh

The pool has been neglected need cleaning. Called the front desk on night no one answered the phone.

Checked in on 8/1 on yhe evening. She had computer problem and talk with corpate to fox issues. Computer charged me $25, three times for incidentals. Card reader verified with a green checkmark as good Amd computer said failed. Did not fail according to my bank.

Check in lady was very nice and pleasant and helpful. The stay was nice the room was clean minus I little paint chipping on window ledge that was in the floor when we got in but nothing to complain about. Breakfast was great with options for all.

Everything was ok, except we found a tick in our room and then had to move everything to a different room. Service was very “beside the point” when we brought up the concern for the tick, which we actually put in a cup and brought out to the front desk.

Excellent fitness room. Would recommend.
