We stayed on route to Sarasota and found it to be clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was excellent but we were a little disappointed that the pool was out of action due to refurbishment. It would have been good to know this in advance. Close to food places and easy to continue our journey onwards. Would stay again.

Well maintained reasonable inn/motel for Naples area. Beautiful vegetation all around the area. Beds super comfy. Lots of nice touches in room. Definitely would stay again.

We have stayed here a few times before, it's still up to scratch, especially with the updates that have been done since our last visit.

This place was amazing . Highly recommended. We were surprised to have a kitchen in the room , we loved it . Nice BBQ and wonderful pool . I’df we are ever in the area again this is the first place we will book . The gals at the front desk were very helpful and friendly .

We stayed for one night and had a pleasant stay. We love the ambience, it was lush and quiet. The facilities are well taken care of.

Very nice staff! Very clean! It was nice having some breakfast items available! Great to have a mini fridge,microwave and coffee maker in room! Lovely pool! Well run establishment! Close to hospitals …so ambulance sirens are expected.

I really like the quaint and serene feeling of the grounds it felt very private and the rooms where spacious and clean

An affordable mom n pop tropical paradise in Naple, minutes from shopping & dining. And an easy 20 mi utes to pretty Vanderbuilt Beach.

Great value but no proper blackout curtains and a/c was sub par. Continental breakfast was nice and bed was comfortable. Bathroom shower pressure was really high and water went everywhere. No vent to remove steam either.

Very nice place. Two issues. Woke up in the middle of the night to a very strange almost sewerage/gas like odor that eventually went away. The second issue, stupid as it sounds was the shower current. It continued to sweep into the shower on us. But, the breakfast was very nice and the grounds were beautiful. Room was clean and bed comfy. Prices very reasonable.

Nice older hotel. Clean and nice gardens, if you don’t need extra bells and whistles this will do nicely.

We had a wonderful visit here! It's located on a main road in Naples near a ton of restaurants and shops and about a 5-7 minute car ride to a Delnor Wiggins, which is a beautiful beach and state park. The staff here are so kind and helpful and having a complimentary continental breakfast and coffee makes it that much better.

Loved the garden area around the pool! Beautiful! Staff was friendly and very helpful and accommodating.

Have stayed here on more than a couple of occasions when visiting family in Naples. Like location, property, amenities, personnel, pretty much everything about Fairways Inn of Naples, except for the twin beds this last stay. My fault though due to an oversight when booking. Will stay here again when in Naples visiting family.
