Not bad, but there’s was an issue with my check in and I was requested to pay full price again in hotel. There should be a better communication with app and hotel in the future

I like it’s on a good location, safe place. I didn’t like there was only one hand towel which wasn’t very clean or was old , no washcloths.

I Liked how safe the property felt and how clean, the only thing thay could be improved is the breakfast options but the hotel is clean and safe and cozy, staff is very welcoming and postive

Our air conditioning was not working, made loud noises. We asked to be changed to a new room; the security guard came into our room at 2 am and changed us to a different room that also had an AC unit that was not working. The price for one night was excessive for how outdated it is.

Didn't get the room we payed for.... payed for a queen sofabed and when we checked in they didn't had no rooms available, so we end up getting a double bed..... Second, there was no water at night, could even take a shower nor use the toilet... bad bad

If you are transit traveler with pets and you are looking for a clean, comfortable and great location please ?? This is the perfect place for you . I’m very grateful with Ms Abigail’s assistance while was a very hard rain she made is feel at home , and her supervisor Both were very nice to acomódate my family in a nice room , God bless y’all

The check in was smooth and easy. The attendants spoke English and Spanish which I think is great. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean. The breakfast was your typical breakfast, which is an honest let down; considering that the surrounding hotels provide a more authentic breakfast experience. Check out was smooth and easy, this is definitely a two day hotel not a long stay option.

The reception staff is very very very very poor love they don't know how to do their job just one lady like that but the others don't and they are very bad at responding very despotic

The staff was amazing, everyone, receptionist, kitchen, cleaning. About the cleaning, I don’t think they can do more, the type of construction itself keeps the smell, it doesn’t matter how much the clean if the don’t have a deodorizing service/system.

Great enclosed parking. Felt super safe. Hotel was clean and smelled smelled clean. Room was well kept. Modern and simple. No extra fuss. My only complaint is that the bathroom doesn’t have ventilation. So if you’re staying with people and go potty, be aware the whole room might smell 😅. AMAZING BREAKFAST BUFFET! Food was excellent. 10/10. Everything was made fresh. Even the beans. Overall great safe hotel at a reasonable price.
