The hotel is in a very good location, 5 minutes away from the Central Railway Station, and is very convenient by train and subway. The hotel is all automated and can open the door remotely. The room is large and very comfortable. The boss lady is very nice and gave me a lot of help. I will stay here again next time I come to Naples.

Check in was very smooth, the automated door system works well. Cesare really looked after us, he recommended an amazing restaurant nearby, helped us plan a walking tour of Naples and booked a taxi for us to take us to the airport. The hotel is very clean and the beds are comfortable.

It is very convenient to Napoli Centrale. Unfortunately the pros stop there. We opted for the automatic check in option as our flight arrived later. This consisted of using a call box outside of the building and another call box outside of the door in the hallway. You then find your key and let yourself in. The keys are cards that act as an electricity control inside the rooms. The air conditioning does not work! We went outside to cool off as it was more comfortable than being in doors. I messaged the owner. We had two of the rooms that were attached. The directions are bizarre and counterintuitive. It doesn’t matter because it never worked for us. He did message that he arrived to look at the air after 10pm. After traveling for an entire day we were resting and missed him. It was so hot we were sweating inside and only slept for a couple of hours. There are security cameras in the hall and the common area. There are some sort of red lights behind signs that are posted in the rooms. You feel watched all of the time. It is unsettling. There was a broken mirror and an empty light bulb socket in our room. The area around the building is very dirty and does not feel safe at all. It was a miserable experience and I’m glad we only booked one night. We opted to pay to store our belonging at Napoli Centrale as we couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I am sure that the owner will respond to downplay my complaints as he has others. Find somewhere else to stay!

Convenient location from the train station. Spacious, modern, updated, and clean rooms. Good for a family. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was virtually non-existent. Told the owner twice. He stated he fixed it. Had to sleep with the windows open and bear the outdoor noise and suffer mosquito bites from having the window open.

I had missed my flight and at first I was not very convinced to book at the station. In the end it was a great choice because it was clean, checked and tidy. I was also able to leave my luggage for free all day while waiting for my travel plan to change. Finally, they have a punctual and precise shuttle service.

The room was clean and comfortable

Great location near railway station and everything we wanted. Great host. Very friendly. Just across the road from best bakery in Naples. Colourful neighbourhood with a slightly seedy undercurrent but great police presence so no problems.

The was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. They told us that we can check in from 11am so we went there but no one were there we had to wait till 3:30. A staff showed up without apologies which was unacceptable. They cleaned the room just once and clean towels didn’t provide unless you asked. One night other customers tried to open our room door and I text to the staff( because they weren’t there the whole time) they’ve ignored it till the morning which was terrifying. I don’t even wanna give them a star. I wouldn’t recommend to stay this hotel just avoid.

Appreciated Property Management kindness, room cleanliness, and Security. Location accesible to the train Station, Plaza Garibaldi, Restaurants, and in front if a famous pastry shop. Enjoyed sitting in the balcony in the afternoons eating freshly baked pastries and Capuccinos.

The place

La posizione è comodissima per raggiungere la stazione dei treni e quella della metro. Inoltre a piedi si raggiunge facilmente il centro. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione.

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B qualche anno fa e devo dire che sono stato benissimo il proprietario mi ha accolto molto bene e si è messo subito a disposizione e mi ha fatto sentire a casa. Camera bella spaziosa e dire pulito e poco una pulizia impeccabile. E' stato veramente il miglior soggiorno che ho fatto a Napoli.

Abbiamo soggiornato io e la mia ragazza il weekend scorso, la posizione è abbastanza centrale e si raggiunge il centro facilmente, avevo prenotato per 1 notte con colazione a buffet e cena inclusa… ahimè questa cena non è stata mai fatta, il responsabile non ha comunicato con preavviso la mancanza di quest’ultima e siamo stati noi a dover sollecitare una risposta in merito. Ci è stato detto che ci è stata assegnata una camera superiore per non far saltare la prenotazione e per sopperire la mancanza della cena… Noi pronta risposta abbiamo ribadito che la cena fosse inclusa e di trovare una soluzione… ci ha detto inizialmente che c’era una sala convenzionata, poi ci ha detto di rimanere in centro e che ci avrebbe rimborsato almeno una parte della cena… alle 22:30 tornati in camera gli ho scritto dicendo che gli avrei mandato lo scontrino e lui mi ha risposto dicendo che avrebbe preferito che noi prendessimo gratuitamente prodotti a pagamento dal frigo invece del rimborso… sfiniti da questa messa in scena del proprietario abbiamo preso i prodotti… Ulteriore richiesta è stata l’utilizzo di netflix come scritto dal proprietario che prontamente ci risponde che utilizzabile solo con nostro abbonamento… Per la colazione sinceramente ci aspettavamo qualcosa in più, scarsa scelta che ci e stata proposta. Punti a favore l’assistenza pronta a rispondere alle esigenze e la posizione abbastanza centrale vicino alla stazione.
