The service is very good, there are singers in the restaurant, the breakfast is also quite rich, the environment is good, clean, close to the airport, opposite is the Centennial Park and the replica of the Parthenon Temple, there are also many people running in the park in the morning, I strongly recommend the room facing the park, standing on the balcony and looking over, I feel happy, the experience is great👍

It is convenient to go to Vandy and close to Pat Shennong Temple, but the room is not particularly big. The thick mattresses of the two beds make the room seem a little small. The front desk is small, the breakfast is good, and there are resident singers in the evening.

The room is large and even three people can stay there without feeling cramped. There is a small balcony and the air conditioner is quiet (which is hard to find in American hotels). It is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and capsule coffee machine. There are complete washing supplies, but there are no toothbrushes and slippers, so you need to bring your own. The American breakfast is the same as always, and the waiter is very enthusiastic.

Really nice hotel, but TV didn't work correctly and some of the other guests were LOUD. Would definitely stay again!

Free shuttle service around the area was excellent, drivers were very friendly and courteous! Just be aware to ask for quieter side of room if you need a good night of sleep...heard people coming in after MN being so loud from outside activities, banging on each other's doors, going in and out, yelling for at least an hour... heard dogs barking around 1am, come to find out this facility is pet friendly, nothing against pets, love animals myself, i just needed to get a good night sleep for next day's schedule...

Staying in a handicapped room as I was in a wheelchair at the time. The shower faucet would run, but the sprayer would not work, therefore I was unable to take a shower. And the refrigerator did not work either. Very disappointed.

We spent three nights in January. It is close to Vanderbilt and hospitals. Its an older property that is holding on. The hot water is luke warm. A complaint to the front desk was met with "you have to let it warm up for 5 minutes. Ten minutes was not enough. The scanner to get out of the pay parking lot is unreliable. We were going to the bar/restaurant for one drink but backed out because of the $10 minimum.

Amazing staff! Everyone was very helpful and polite. Room was clean and big for the cost. Great location to Vanderbilt and has a free shuttle to downtown. However, the bed was really uncomfortable and didn’t sleep hardly at all.

This was a very comfortable stay for a reasonable price. Still very centrally located to a lot of areas within downtown also.
