The location is very good, the facilities and services are also good.

Nice area, convenient to nasa space center, eateries, and Galveston cruise port. Well maintained and clean. Only negative is $5 for a cup of coffee.

I would have given 5 stars to everything, but the hotel ran out of hot water (apparently repairs were imminent) so I had a cold, cold shower. I like the design and decor! Efficient, well laid-out rooms, simple and tasteful furnishings (none of those awful multi-colored carpets in common areas! Yay!). Other than cold water, it was a very pleasant stay.

Friendly Service at check-in, nice clean room, within walking distance of the Houston Space Center, and several good restaurants in the vicinity.

We were put in a handicapped room and the shower controls were awful. Couldnt get anything but very hot water. The room thermostat is too far from the ac unit. The breakfast bar was very overpriced on top of a moderately expensive room. Also no chargers for ev vehicles. Definitely wouldn't stay there again.

Everything was great! However, the Bistro is under staffed. Morning wait for coffee

Very convenient location near not just the Space Center but a lot of shopping, restaurants, and tiads and highways that lead to more. Definitely adding this l8cation to our list of repeat locations.

The proximity to NASA is excellent (which is why we chose the location). Everything seemed to be in good order. Continue to work on hiring more staff which was severely lacking.

For the price, breakfast should be included. Our room was not refreshed and restocked with coffee when we were out all day. This was a disappointment. It is close to NASA. The bed was comfortable and the towels were nice.

Felt the room was overpriced for what it was, but it is directly across from NASA. I did get a complimentary large cup of Starbucks coffee on the morning I checked out. That was nice. Bathroom had only a shower, and no tub.

It was a nice stay and clean. Need to update the bathroom.

It's a nice hotel; well maintained. Great location if you're going to Space Center, it's right across the street (walking distance). Also 15 min drive to Kemah Boardwalk. My 3 & 5 yo enjoyed both!

We arrived around 11pm. Doors were locked and no one answered the phone that was available at the door for entry. A hotel guest finally let us in. We then could not find anyone to check us in. Then once in our room, it smelled like smoke.

This property was perfection from check in to check out. Immaculately maintained and well appointed.
