Great location from the airport, esp travelers arriving late evening. Nice ambience and restaurant. Hotel staff very courteous and engages proactively.

A very cosy hotel located very near the airport, approx 3mins drive away only. Plus this is a hotel with full fledge amenities, from laundry services, gym and a swimming pool.

Everything about this hotel is absolutely brilliant!! I only stayed for one night but wish I’d booked for longer. Beautiful interiors, charming building, attentive and kind staff, wonderful food, comfortable bed, great housekeeping team. I’m highly fussy about hotels and rarely say this - but 10/10, I will absolutely be staying again!

Enjoyed my stay as always. I am a regular visitor to Kochi and always prefer to stay at Port muziris because of its excellent service, yummy food and smiling and efficient staff be it the front desk, housekeeping or the restaurant. Keep up the good show Heena

Awesome experience in hospitality and at Lila cafe. Front desk staff is ever smiling and very helpful with prompt attention to the projected requirements from time to time. The cafe is well stocked with nicest breakfast and dinner buffet layout, complimented by pretty aesthetic look. Keep achieving greater heights, all the best Port Muziris!

The hotel has got better over the years. The rooms are well maintained and stocked. Cleanliness in the overall property is a notch above the rest of the 5star hotels in the neighbourhood. The checkin is smooth and the people are friendly. Shout out to ***n, the F&B ***ager who noticed small things to keep the small talk on. Nothing to complain on this gem of the property. Keep up the good work folks !

The staff was amazing especially Irin. They were very attentive and went out of their way to make me comfortable. I got sick and they even arranged for doctors and nurses in the room. Port Muziris has the best hospitality, everyone is very warm and welcoming. I’m glad I chose to stay there. The food is also fantastic The chefs went out of their way to make special Kerala food for me to carry back to mumbai and it was a last minute request, barely 45 mins before I had to reach the airport but they ***aged and also made sure I made it to my flight. Irin also went out of her way to arrange for a few last minute things for me herself. I must say amazing service. If you want to use the spa you need to go to the courtyard Marriott which is right next door but the staff at port Muziris takes care of everything right from reservations to transport. The rooms are nice the food is great but it’s the staff that steals the show they are truly amazing. I will definitely stay there again. Please book this hotel you won’t regret it. 100 stars

Airport shuttle needs phone call but will be provided. We needed up taking the taxi but it was minimum charge only since it’s so close . Rooms and service excellent. Especially front office staff Miss Irin very good Five minutes away from Cochi aiport only. We had room service full meal at four am and it was very good.

I was used to stay at Port Muziris kochi. One of my best place at kochi. The hotel atmosphere and staff very nice and friendly. Biswajit from front desk he is very friendly and professional. From arrival to check out he was always connected to make your stay memorable and exceptional.

I had an amazing stay, the staff super friendly and available for every need, focus on guest, the room very cozy, clean and comfortable, at 3rd floor gym and swimming pool makes your stay even better, good food and amazing fresh juices, nice to be back! Spent 2 days and I felt home. Thanks
