To advertise this hotel as 4 star is quite frankly a disgrace. There were numerous facilities that were advertised on Love Holidays’ website, however simply did not exist or were unusable. This is a clear case of false advertising and had we known of the lack of facilities we would not have booked this hotel. Things that were advertised but not available: - A Spa including no sauna or steam room - Indoor pool, there was no indoor pool - Pool table, this didn’t exist - Beach volleyball, this was in a state of disrepair and not usable (see photo) - No room balcony despite us booking a balcony room (see photo of the 2 chairs and table by the front door) -Advertised as 200m from the beach, this is clearly not the case. On top of the false advertising, there were a number of issues with the room and hotel: - We had ants in our bathroom and had to ask 3 times at reception for these to be dealt with - the shower leaked water all over the floor, we used towels to mop this up and then were told that we could not have any new towels as this was only available every 2 days. We had not been informed of this at check in. We also reported this leak 3 times and nothing was done. - There were broken tiles at the bottom of the shallow end of the pool which were incredibly dangerous, yet nothing was done about this. - There were areas of the resort where building materials were just dumped, and works clearly abandoned (see photos) - In general the all inclusive offering was appalling, with the same food being served each day and lunch clearly being recycled from dinner. The restaurant was also full of wasps. - The only alcohol on offer at the ‘all inclusive’ hotel was wine on tap, one choice of beer and 3 pre-made cocktails. The main bar also shut at 9pm (despite it saying 11.30pm on reception) and everyone was forced to go outside and use a portacabin bar. There were also 2 periods each day where you could not even get a glass of water due to all the bars being closed.

We took the tickets and booked this hotel two days before our holidays date and just wanted to relax next to the sea. We were very lucky with the weather in October. The sea was warm and no any waves. We went to the beach every day. There were peace and quiet. Very friendly staff. We are grateful to dear Yulia for her attention and help from the first minute. She also gave us a lot of recommendations. Our vacation was successful and interesting. What we liked it - the cleanliness of the room, the green area, the gym, the clean sea and many different beaches. We found ourselves like in a tropical garden.

This is my experience from August 2022. This is the first time I have expressed my opinion about a hotel because there are different places, better and worse, so I try to be understanding, but this hotel is a joke that it says it is 4 stars, I think these stars are from heaven. I spent 2 weeks there, unfortunately, we chose this place with my husband for our honeymoon, it was a huge mistake. We chose the all-inclusive option, which was a joke, a 4-star hotel, the cost of all-inclusive was really high, and what happened to us was a nightmare. How can you offer yourself an all-inclusive hotel, as a 4-star hotel it offers people that crap food that is worse than some for animals. Literally, the breakfasts looked dirty and ugly every day the same, fried eggs, fried onion, old small sausages, toast with stinky cheese on it, the only positive in breakfast is freshly baked croissants. An all-inclusive lunch and dinner at this 4-star hotel are, 8 trays with warm food, plus a 'salad bar' which was often a mixture leftover from breakfast, i.e. boiled eggs, carrots, sausages, mixed with mayonnaise as a ‘’salad’’. for a 4-star hotel all-inclusive what as a guest, you can find to eat? 8 trays with among others, white plain rice, plain pasta, potatoes that were not even potatoes, only powder with water pretending to be mashed potato, the rest are vegetables, and a bowl of meat (often the only choices were frozen hamburger chops) and fish (often dry, frozen fish fingers) and that's it. At dinner there is ‘’life cooking’ which is a joke, often cook pretends to cook some food, which is mixing in a dirty stinky pan some pasta with vegetables, or some other food. the first time we met with such a poor all-inclusive, being in 2 and 3-star hotels we ate better food. it was all-inclusive at the lowest cost. What was not eaten from breakfast was brought to the bar as a snack, a disgusting thing to force people to eat anything, just to avoid waste, like pigs. For snack, there is no chips, no fresh food, only leftover from breakfast, like stinky eggs, or other stuff. What you can find in a snack bar? they serve for example fried onions with cabbage that nobody I didn't eat for breakfast, something terrible. the ice cream cooler was terribly dirty and scared you to move anything and eat it without being discouraged. Now there is a swimming pool, yes, there are several swimming pools, but during my entire 2-week stay, not one had filtered water, or not to mention cleaning sunbeds or garbage, all of them were lying all the time, the terrible stench from the water. whose water in the children's pool is green and blue, I emphasize for children? (visible in the photos). Shame for landlords who earn money at a low cost. For the first time I have encountered that in a 4-star hotel, guests were expected to clean the tables after themselves, what do you pay big money for? Reusable plastic cups in 4 star hotel is a joke. all of them are dirty with traces of lipstick so they do not

I like my experience in this hotel. Starting from food drinks and comfort in the rooms. A lot and delicious food, fruits, salads, meat alcohol drinks and soft drinks. Big swimming pool, jacuzzi for chilling. Also few bar area one with restaraunt, one with swimming pool and one in playing area. Rooms comfortable and clean and also good service and stuff

The the hotel itself is not clean and lots of bugs, and needs major updates. On the other hand, the employees are amazing. Elsa and Dimitrios from the front desk were amazing. They were very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us and our needs. One thing I have experience in Greece is great. People are very friendly, kind and welcoming. Definitely will return, but not to this hotel.

Er were looking for a specific location in Crete, and Google maps sent us towards this hotel because one of the fences of the location was edging the premises. When we walked onto the premises some Greek guy said something to us which was completely unintelligible and then drove away in his golf cart. We didn’t understand and he didn’t respond when we asked him to repeat himself. We started walking down the parking lot while eyeing google maps when he chased us down in a red Tesla and tried to intimidate us in a very aggressive manner immediately. He asked us if we ‘thought we were smart’ and was overall very very rude and insulting, without even trying to have a respectful conversation. He ended up telling us (three young girls) to leave his ‘private property’ (which we did). Note that we were not being a disturbance, we were walking along the drive way, trying to find our way. I hope this hotel treats its paid guests better. If this man had actually spoken to us in a respectful way (or even helped us find our way) we would have left the premises just as quickly. Lekker gastvrij.

A great place for relaxing and getting to know the island of Crete, as the sea, shops, car rental and tourist shops are nearby. Very welcoming management and employees. The food is varied and tasty. I recommend it for a peaceful vacation.

This is little suites based hotel with few swimming pools, all inclusive food and drinks and free shuttle ti the beach. Room was spacious with big balcony and sea view. Predominantly, most of the guests were from French speaking countries and there was animation team, but french speaking.

The hotel was not a 4 star Hotel. Incomprehensible they have 4 star. I dont no where to start - it was a shabby hotel. The breakfast was so terrible - we bought it elsewhere. We got drinks in colored plastik cups - intended for children. The drinks tastet not good. We got other rooms - because there was so high music every night. There was so loud music at the pool every day - feels like it was a party hotel. Total misleading pictures and discriptions of the Hotel. The guides at the Hotel only speak French.

Thanks a lot for our pleasant stay. Our room 307 had a very nice view and a big balcony. The restaurant has a large selection of meat for dinner, so my husband was pleased. I prefere fruit and yogurt, which were available during the day. Our tour guide suggested excursions, but we chosed only sunset boat trip from the port of Hersonissos and it was so romantic, beautiful and not boring - from the hotel to the port short transfer around 10 minutes. We can to recommend this trip to everyone, drinks and snacks were included, mask and vest can also be taken from the captain.

Just came back from our second stay in Sunshine Village. At first visit we had excellent vacations was through booking. For our second time, we had a discount for booking directly with the hotel. We where really hesitant due to the bad reviews. To our surprise we had an great holidays. Our room had a magnificent view of the sea! Here we met very cool and positive guys and spent our time very funny. We are really like the beach near of the hotel. Every day we were swimming, went to nightclubs. The restaurant has home cuisine, everything was fresh and delicious! I liked chicken, dolmades, moussaka, ice cream, fresh fruits. The croissants and bread was freshly baked. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Daily cleaning, towels and linen changed after two days. The pools are clean. Alcohol is normal, great variety. There is a free shuttle bus service from the hotel to the road opposite of the beach five times a day. We can recommend Sunshine hotel for those who wants to be close to night life and good beaches in a quiet location and who are ready to climb to hill. Thank you everybody for the great time we had! Hopefully, we will come back next year!

We spent wonderful week in Seaside Sunshine Wing. It’s one of the best places I’ve ever been. Big, clean rooms, really Greek atmosphere, very close to the sea and wonderful villages around. And first off all very kind service. People are smiling, asking guests if everything is ok and Katerina who is treating us like mother. Lovely person who gives us enjoyable staying. We love you and thank you for everything! I recommend this place to everyone. I have dream vacations! ❤️

Wonderful place, greek atmosphere and friendly people especially Katarina. Very close to beach and city centre. Good food. I recommend for those who want to have calm and good vacation. Rooms are big and clean. Swimming pool next to the bar.
