Marco Beach Ocean Suites Reviews

This was a beautiful hotel, with a quick walk to the beach around back. The interior of the hotel is beautiful with lovely trim and details. The valet drivers and front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel includes wonderfully thick beach towels and plenty of loungers and umbrellas on the beach. There are several restaurants and stores nearby. Marco Island is great place to enjoy the Gulf and the pleasant weather. The bathroom had a separate shower and tub, with plenty of towels and even a retractable clothesline in the tub for wet swimsuits. The view in the living room area was stunning (we were on the 11th Floor with a Gulf view.) The balcony was great--just watch your step going out the door. The suite was roomy and very comfortable. Would stay here again.

I received a text message from the property the day of check-in, letting me know that they overbooked the hotel and no longer had the room I booked.

Perfect location on Marco Island. Beautiful property, amongst a lot of beautiful properties. It was expensive, but if this is in your price range it's a great place to stay.

Not able to check in at time an hour early as promised. Hot tub gate locked at 7pm daily so could not use when wanted to in the evening. Thin walls and loud doors.

It’s a condo resort so each unit will be different. We had a suite with a small kitchen area, small living room and small bed. Plus a balcony sitting area with an ocean view. I didn’t realize there Folders would be buildings between the resort and the ocean so the view was not perfect. It was the right size for two people. No daily cleaning service which is usual with condos. Furnishings were average. Drawers in bedroom didn’t work. Carpeting is old. Bed was so high it was hard to get in and out of. I’ve actually never seen anything like it. Our unit offered a lot of towels and the bathroom was in good condition. There is a direct route to the beach from the building with about a five minute walk. And the beach area is lovely. You must valet park your car, which can be tiresome if all you want to do is run out to the store for something. The staff was very very pleasant.

Great hotel, beautiful beach/Ocean view ,Friendly staff, super quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to almost all the restaurants and stores.

This property is not a hotel any longer and this was not known until we got there there . There are no amenities and no longer even a front desk !! I was really shocked and really not very happy about this switch over The place is not convenient to anything. No gift store to even buy a water or a snack No restaurant. Nothing. I paid a lot of money to stay here two nights and was definitely VERY disappointed. If I would have known this I would have stayed at the Hilton!!

Great stay! However, it is not a hotel anymore. There wasn't any staff and we needed extra blankets but had no one to contact.

Second time staying at this resort with my family. We love the ocean view and being right on the beach. I could not believe how well stocked the room was! Lots of bathing and pool/beach towels. I even saw a an umbrella in the closet! They really do think of everything you would need here! The location is very walkable in fact we never use our car when we have stayed here. The JW is right next door with two beach bars that serve food. I highly recommend this resort and I know we will be back!

This place is absolutely beautiful! Staff was so friendly and helpful! Amazing food at the beach bar on your way down to the beach! We could even see the sunset from our room! There are also a few restaurants and bars within walking distance! Marco Prime Steak house, 2 Sheas and more! Best location

We’ve been at this resort several times and we love it!!! The staff is wonderful, the suite was impeccable, the beach was beautiful as always, and this time we got first row!!! I highly recommend it.

Im out $163 to sit in a smelly room for an hour listening to a jackhammer. Had to unexpectedly spend a lot more for a last minute hotel. No help from the property or ******* was easily available. Stop looking at this property and stop using *******.

Fantastic place at a white soft beach, very cautious staff with abundant space to enjoy. No inside restaurant, but close by pasta, steak and traditional florida places.

nice atmosphere in a stylish old fashion property, broken up into well maintained club, hotel and restaurant. Good deal compared to the big brand hotels next doors
