Reviews of The Panorama Negombo

We booked this hotel for a few days after our flights home were cancelled due to the conflict in the Middle East, and I can’t praise the lovely people who own it highly enough. They were so welcoming and just wanted to make sure they were helping as many people as they could. We weren’t sure how many nights we would need to stay, and they were as flexible as they could be with our booking. They also checked in with us each day to see if we were okay and ask if we had found a way home yet. It felt like such a stressful time for us and their kindness really went a long way. Aside from this, the room we had for three nights was comfortable and clean, and the Indian restaurant served incredible food. It was really close to the centre of Negombo too - there were lots of shops, bars and restaurant just a couple of minutes’ walk away. We would definitely return if we were to come back to Negombo, and we would like to extend our thanks again for helping us to feel a little less anxious as we awaited news on our journey home. We won’t forget it. ❤️

We’ve stayed here twice now, and the service and quality is fabulous. For the money it doesn’t get better. It’s also nice and quiet with very comfy beds and bed linen. They have great breakfasts and an Indian restaurant which is lovely too. Thanks guys.

Highly recommended place to stay in a Negombo. Owner and staff extremely helpful and accommodating. Good breakfast. Provided Sri Lankan breakfast knowing I preferred that!! Clean, big rooms, good bathroom with hot water. Good WiFi. Comfortable bed, pillows and white linen. Nice small pool and garden. Very well located near restaurants, bars, beach and other big hotels. Will definitely stay there again.

Very pleasant little hotel, nestled in the greenery and a few steps from the city center. The owner takes great care of his guests. Very welcoming staff. To my great pleasure, the hotel has a swimming pool. I recommend this address for an enchanting break

Good address in Negombo after a long flight. Impeccable welcome, clean and well-maintained rooms and welcoming swimming pool. The owner, Manoj Singh, gave us excellent advice for the rest of our trip. He travelled a lot before running the hotel so his opinion is neutral and objective. I recommend.

Ho soggiornato la Notte del 27/1/24 in arrivo dall'Italia. L'Hotel è decente, camera spaziosa, con due letti matrimoniali (eravamo in 3), ambiente discreto, pulito, ma non particolarmente memorabile. Colazione discreta. La posizione è buona, vicina alla spiaggia. Non so quanto costi, perchè il viaggio in Sri Lanka lo ha organizzato una agenzia di quel paese. Devo dire che è stata la struttura meno apprezzata di tutto il giro, non per particolari difetti intrinsechi, quanto perchè le altre strutture sono state tutte migliori di questa
