The overall property ratio of the hotel is good. Breakfast is included, and a double bed room is rented. There are electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave oven, and a little tableware. It is suitable for a family of three and people who like to cook by themselves, but the bad thing is This type of room is not cleaned every day. It takes 5 days for free, and there is a fee for the rest. I only discovered this on the second day of my stay. The sofa seems to be bitten by bugs, and other hygiene is OK

The location of the hotel is good, very close to the French Quarter, just a few minutes' walk away. The disadvantage is that parking is very expensive, 45 dollars a day, plus 50+ tax. It hurts to park at 102 dollars for two days.

Overall good, ladt night of trip they didnt provide full accommodation of towels/wash cloth. Valet service was as non helpful non accommodating , and unfriendly as any group of people ever.

The property was located in a quiet area but close to all the action in the French Quarter. Very walkable! Would have been perfect if there was a supermarket close by for essentials as we were staying for a week, without car, and didn’t feel like eating out every day for lunch & dinner (obviously, not a deal breaker). Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Shout out to Dave & Glenn at the concierge desk! Had a wonderful time & would definitely book again👍😀! Great value for the price!

Poor experience overall. Rooms were not available at the stated check in time due to not being cleaned yet. This required waiting in the lobby for 1 hours after their stated check in time. Hotel staff was not helpful and were rude. Valet staff was even more rude. The free breakfast was so low quality that we were unable to eat it. And there was no designated pet relief area, even though they claim to be a pet friendly hotel. Very disappointing for a Hilton family hotel.

Property was well kept and mostly inline with my expectations from the brand. Great location and walkable for entertainment, dinning and shopping. My only down was on cleanings of room; they lacked detail in the restroom; they missed taking out the kitchen trash twice. Again facilities are nice and the breakfast was great; they just need to connect back to details.

The staff and the breakfast service was great. However, the cleanliness of our room was lacking, and the bathroom got clogged twice while we stayed only for 1 day.

Great for family, mainly if you have kids, & is still nursing. Loved that there was a kitchen, breakfast. A refrigerator, laundry on site. It was helpful. The staff were super friendly.

It was a great place to stay. A lot of places in and around French Quarter are dated, this property is fairly new. Very close to everything and we did not rent a car because of it. Breakfast was reasonably good but do wake up early for full selection. Overall, would recommend for families and business travelers. They do "minimal" housekeeping during the stay, which is something I prefer, but it might not be for everyone.

Hotel was good. I do not recommend breakfast, their cook sucks. Eggs have no flavor, potatoes are bad too.

I have stayed here before. Very reasonable rates, comfortable room, easy walking distance to the French Quarter.

Me and my BFF got a 1Bedroom suite for our stay. The pictures online didnt do the room justice because our room was amazing. Very spacious, we had the corner room so we had a great view of the city and we were only 2 blocks away from Burbon. I had such a great time! The hospitality was on point, I want to give a huge shoutout to the manager, Miss Amanda. She took care of us and made sure we had great time! She was so thoughtful and sweet. She even kept her composure when guests were getting upset about waiting for their room to be ready. Excellent customer service and I will always choose this hotel for my NOLA stays. Thanks again!

This hotel has the best soundproofing I have experienced. It was so nice to enter your room and not hear your neighbors, street noises, or hotel staff. The beds are also nice for sleeping. The pillows are lousy but the bed makes up for that. During our stay, the hotel was generally clean and the housekeeping staff and facility maintenance were prompt to answer any calls. The exercise room was clean and most of the equipment worked. I wish all the TV monitors and the big TV worked all the time. The concierge staff was quite friendly and helpful. The hotel has some kind of arrangement with a valet service. The valet service will park and retrieve your vehicle as well as provide for security. This is at an additional cost separate from your hotel costs. The hotel will charge for amenities. The hotel itself is in easy walking distance from the French Quarter. All in all it worked for us.
