I like the convenience of the location to Downtown Brooklyn and the city. The room was a good size for my needs. We had a great stay.

The great friendly customer service and the cleanliness is great💖

Especially liked the helpful and friendly front desk staff.

Broken elevator

Surprisingly enjoyed my stay. Was expecting worse but honestly it was a pleasant experience. Didnt have a problem with anything other than the smell on the C level of the property. Overall a great bang for your buck just gotta do your research

I selected this hotel because it was reasonably priced and was a Quality Inn. After I was checked into a 3rd floor room I was told the elevator was out of service. I am in fair condition for 82 so this was VERY unwelcome news. The room its self was FILTHY. Sticky residue along the floor and on the ledge in front of the TV. There was dust and debris on the floor as well and mildew in the shower. I was switched to a 1st floor room the next day. This was slightly cleaner but faced the express way and had constant loud noise. You get what you pay for.

Overall okay, location is further from anything you would want but thats the price point. Breakfast is okay and amenities are also just okay. 3/5 for me

No issues with bed, room or people in other rooms. Breakfast is no good. Stale bagels and "I-am-not-sure" coffee.

The location of the hotel is on a road, in a fairly dirty neighborhood. I will not return to this hotel, for sure.

The hotel is op to a wery noisy highway. The breakfast was no good. There were no service on the room the week i stayed there

Quality Inn er navnet på hotellet men meget misvisende- der er intet quality over stedet. Det ligger klods op ad en 10 sporet vej så larmen mod vejen er øresønderrivende. Hotellet er beskidt og urengjort på fællesarealerne og værelserne som også er meget slidte. I forhold til prisen kan dette hotel bestemt ikke anbefales.

didn’t really “like” anything about this hotel, if i didn’t need to be in BK for work i would’ve stayed somewhere else. booked a king bed for two nights, the bed was the entire room. room was small & clearly outdated. i think they stuck a big smart TV in there to distract you from how bad the room was. no dresser/closet for storage, just small nightstands. our bathroom looked like it had mold in the caulking. also the door of the hotel was thin and had a gap from the bottom which let in a lot of noise and light and honestly a mouse could’ve fit under the door if it wanted to. everything needs to be renovated. they need fresh, NEW linens. our duvet didn’t even have a duvet cover, just sheets around it & the mattress under was clearly old. honestly, EVERYTHING is just clearly old. i could tell the linens had been washed but most of them were stained. just know there is nothing quality about this inn ok? the entire building just needs a little more love & care & i would not stay here again.

For the price point, it is to be expected in NY. No frills, but adequate.
