Hotel condition was good. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk from the main street, but the conditions are good enough.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Times Square and Central Park. The doormen are all gentlemen

The room is old, there are big cockroaches in and out late at night; the carpet looks like it has been there for many years, and the room smells musty. The breakfast environment is okay, but there are few types and the taste is mediocre. In short, it was a very bad experience, and I will not choose this hotel again in the future

Ohotel was Old and dated. Looked much different than the photos. Room decor needs a facelift. Very friendly and attentive staff and a good location

Property is a little dated, but very welcoming check in, great space and very comfortable! Rooftop bar, great views, but expensive and staff somewhat aloof. The dinette next door great place for breakfast and Essa-bagel around the corner also very good. Really handy location, Central Park, Times Square and Grand Central all easily walkable! Yellow Cab from JFK fixed fare, circa $115 inc tip, then Train back for two costing $15 each via Jamaica and Air Train…. Enjoy

Friendly helpful staff. Very clean rooms The showerhead was an inch wide and the walls rumble when the shower is turned on. The window wouldn’t close all the way so the room was always cold. The elevator won’t stop at the lobby. It goes to the basement and then you have to go back up. I have stayed many times at the Kimberly but never on this side of the hotel. I don’t think I will go back

Took an overnight trip with my daughter and granddaughters. Everyone that works there was so pleasant and friendly! They took the time to be very friendly to my granddaughters. Their level of service was superior. We chose the location because of its proximity to Grand Central Station. Would definitely stay there again. Our one bedroom suite was spacious, very roomy.

Been staying at the Kimberly for years and it never disappoints! The staff handles every need with ease and the suites are perfect for business travelers. 5 stars!

Excellent stay. Staff were really nice and we got our room upgraded last minute. Beds were very comfy and everything was clean. Nice and quiet too.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well thought out. The beds were very nice, no complaints on the bedding or pillows (which were plentiful) and we slept wonderfully. Everyone we encountered working at the hotel were helpful, hospitable, and polite. The location was really great too. My son and I stayed for 4 nights, and it was excellent.
