Hotel location and surrounding was perfect with fabulous view and mountain view which make the whole stay very worth it and the amazing weather was cooling when you are sitting outside your room over seeing the view , we enjoy our stay very much and will definitely recommend people to stay here and is so close to the Mount Bromo , the only shortfall is the room I am staying do not have hair dryer and water heater was very constraint . Other than these this is a nice hotel to be in if you are coming to Mt Btomo

No clear instructions upon check in.. we followed the maps to go the hotel but when we arrived at the entrance apparently its not possible to enter because we are on the wrong side of the mountain. So we have to drive again for 2,5 hours all the way through the high way to probolingo to get to the other entrance.. by the time we get there it was already dark.. We pay the ticket twice because it's in the national park. And foreigner must pay 5 times the price than local and they dont care if he already have a kitas, a wife and an indonesian driving lisence. If you're white you pay more. 🤣 We were tired after all the driving just wanted to check in and eat some food. The receptionist suddenly stopped taking care of us so she could talk on the phone to another guest leaving us standing there wondering what we did wrong after asking about tours and rentals, so we had to walk away without our answers. Really awful customer service. And then, we have some food delivered to the hotel room..Everybody know bromo is cold at night.. for a hotel like this and not to mention its quite expensive you'd think they will have a food warmer when they deliver the food, no. They dont. They delivered the food and (hot) drinks out in the open and by the time it arrives, it's all ICE COLD. and when we say something about it the say "yeah well, the weather is cold". And there are ZERO effort from the hotel to make a service recovery to the guest.. Oh and btw, breakfast is terrible. We give 2 stars for the fact that the room is nice and the sunrise was beautiful. btw its not facing bromo.

Very nice location for Bromo visiting. The hotel is still under construction. Staff are very friendly and nice. We are not lucky to have a quiet neighbors during the night we were there. The hot water was not enough for two people for a shower.

The supporting facilities of this hotel are not good. First, it takes about ten minutes to walk from the hotel to the village. If you take the bus, you have to pay 220 Indonesian rupiah. You can get off the bus and walk around to get in. Taking the minibus in the village to the mountain is 50,000. Six people started to set off. Secondly, the hotel did not have hot water for one person to wash and the second person could not wash. Thirdly, other hotels provided adapters, but they did not provide them. I think it is better to stay in the village instead of choosing here, but the food is not bad. The price is more expensive than other places. I personally like the taste.

In the scenic area, you have to buy two tickets. Some of the newly opened hotels are under construction and renovation. The service is very good and clean. You can watch the sunrise in the morning at the door of the room. There is a special place to watch the sunrise within a five-minute walk, where you can have a panoramic view of the volcano! If you don’t want to climb the volcano, the view from here is enough. Most of the people watching the sunrise are locals. I didn’t see a single Chinese person. They were probably all in the group.

This hotel in Bromo is really good. Compared with other hotels, this new hotel is considered the best in the area. Unfortunately, it is too difficult to book a room. It is recommended to place your order early. It seems that there are no twin beds, mainly because there are really no good hotels nearby.

The hotel was newly opened at the end of this year. The rooms are very clean, but there is a little decoration smell. And because the room has no windows, it will be a bit stuffy after closing the door. But because it is in the mountains, it will be a bit cold after nightfall. The bathroom is very clean and the decoration design is quite good. However, the hot water seems to be a reserve type. After the volcano came back in the morning, one person had hot water to take a shower, but the second person had no hot water. The water was very hot at night. The room is a bit far from the lobby. You can ask the staff to help you take your luggage when you check in and leave. They are very warm and friendly (it's a bit tiring after walking all the way). The restaurant in the hotel is open until 9pm and seems to be delicious. The overall feeling is pretty good. It's a unique hotel. The pictures are similar to the actual ones. It's very close to the Bromo volcano. It doesn't take a long time to drive. Then there are some rooms that are still under construction (the boss said they are family rooms). Indonesian people are very hard-working and are still working at 9 and 10 o'clock in the evening (I guess they are rushing to work). If they are close to each other, there will be a bit of noise.

Very good and new. There are many bugs outside and there is no air conditioning. Sometimes there is no hot water.

You can see Bromo in the distance after walking a short distance from the hotel. The facilities are very simple, with only ventilation fans. From the hotel lobby to the room, you need to walk on a country road, going up and down. It is a bit inconvenient to carry heavy luggage. The room is very small, and the door is broken and cannot be locked. Overall, it's not bad. It would be nice if I could stay for two days.

The hotel is in the village. You need to pay an extra 100 per person to enter the village. The actual accommodation price is considered luxury in the local area, but the rooms and services you can get are still far from luxury. However, there are really no better hotels nearby, so it is a rare commodity.

Traveling with friends I have been looking for accommodation for a long time, but there is nothing reliable. The latest and best one is artotel. It's an average place to stay, the internal facilities are average, and the exterior decoration is okay. It's decorated according to the Nordic style. The a**osphere at night is 100% perfect. It's foggy in the rainy season, and it feels a bit like The Shining.

I was deceived into this hotel after reading a little red book. The location is inside the park and you have to pay the entrance fee twice. There are several small houses built on the hillside. The rooms are so small that you can only turn around. It is said that you can watch the sunrise. However, because we set off to the volcano at three o'clock the next day, we did not experience it. Next door is the lava view lodge. You can see the Bromo volcano from the road. This angle is not bad. The food was so bad. The recommended hot pot for two for dinner only gave some vegetables and some artificial meatballs for 75 yuan. The service is also very average. The front desk staff wasted an hour of our time just to make money on the rental price. It costs close to 700 yuan including breakfast. Why not pay more and stay at Jiwa jawa?
