The location of the hotel is really good, the waiters are very friendly, but the environment is old.

Very basic hotel, it was clean and the service provided was good! Friendly staff. My only issue was the parking lot not being plowed, but the entire town seemed to not be plowed or shoveled.

Excellent location. The price is reasonable with free hot breakfast compared to the other hotels in the area. We’ll come to this hotel the next time we’re in the area.

Best location to see the sights and walk

Very convenient to the falls.

Parking is paid, not free. Charge $10 per night. During booking not mention about parking chargès. Otherwise breakfast and house keeping is good.

Location is number one for this hotel, you could literally hear the fall, can not get closer to the Niagara Falls on the US side. The breakfast was good overall specially timing, I appreciated the fact that they stopped it at 10, many places do until 9:30. The staff were friendly, would definitely come back.

The hotel was great for the price and although limited in selection, they did have a nice hot breakfast spread... scramble eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffle station and your typical cold items. The proximity to the Falls was great and our room happened to face the Falls, allowing us to see the fireworks very well. Only downside, which is not the hotels fault, is the extreme disappointment in the city area itself. They certainly need to take lessons from the Candian side.

Our room had a broken hair dryer, told the staffs to replace it, never got a fix one on our entire stays(2night), I got cold because of it. Breakfast selection is limited, comparing with other hotel in the same price range. No bottle of water provided in the room. No shower gel provided, just a piece of hand soap. Avoid this property if possible.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Also, the room was extremely quiet. We almost felt like the place was empty but the next morning realized it was not. The room was very clean except for a bunch of hair in the tub which seemed strange. The breakfast staff was great.

Very convenient location to go back and forth and see the falls from both sides. Cozy and nice rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast was nice; it gets busy in breakfast area.

Very close to the falls. Lovely park. Staff was exceptional and room was vert comfortable up to date and clean as can be.
