The check in desk was very friendly and extra helpful. We were given a complimentary later check out when we mentioned we had plans early in the morning. Would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the Niagara region

Nice room, decently far from Niagara Falls and Niagara on the lake though!

I have stayed at this hotel before. Walk in shower great addition but water turn on was only accessible but getting into shower fully and difficult to change water temp. Better design would be to have both halfs of door moveable. Breakfast service was great initially but food very slow coming out of kitchen.

The Inns of the Hilton series are similar, the facilities are older, and the sound of the air conditioner is noisy at night

Needs to replace Canadian Flag as it’s tarred off. National Flag is big respect of country. Supposed to be in good condition all the time. Someone has to pay attention on it. Rest everything was ok.

A total 5 star ! Perfect Valentine getaway . Felt so welcomed the second we walked in. Staff was a 10 out of 10 . Bonus : Loved the washroom mirror for applying makeup . Thanks Hilton 😉

close to highway and the outlet mall. staff was very courteous and responsive. walls are think and very little water pressure

We have always enjoyed our stays here. It is a great central location to be able to head to several graet wine areas.

We booked a king room and we were given the keys and went to the room and it was open with the lights on. we called the front desk and were told that the room had been missed by the cleaning crew. this was at 9:30 pm! we were then given a room with two queen beds and were told that we not be charged for either room. I hope ******* was notified of this.

When we arrived at the hotel their computer was down and our key didn’t work to get in our room. As a gold member we didn’t get the upgrade which we should have gotten as I could see online rooms were still available. There was also a couple dead flies in our room, which was weird. Other than that, things are alright.

Hotel is in a great location. Restaurant staff at both breakfast and dinner were extremely slow and unmotivated. It was easier to get my own tea/coffee at the self service than wait on the staff to bring it. Hotel staff was rude about my service animal, and made it difficult when it really shouldn’t be. Especially when there were children running around the restaurant, lobby, and down the halls until 11pm but my service animal that is quiet and doesn’t deserve others is the problem.

Front desk staff were not at all helpful when asked. It seemed an inconvience us staying there.

Great location and was the only hotel that had 2 queen beds in a room compared to every other hotel in Niagara on the Lake. This was a prerequisite as it was a college reunion of roommates that wanted to get caught up on 50 years since our graduation!!!!
