Quite good

As mentioned in other reviews, both breakfast and dinner were a bit underwhelming. For dinner, I ordered the 100% beef hamburger and Mexican salad. The salad was delicious, and the burger was wonderfully meaty. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, ham and sausage, salad, and yogurt. The sesame bread was delicious. However, the coffee was lukewarm and undrinkable. The public bath felt quite small; it gets crowded quickly with just five people. A group of seniors had monopolized it, chatting loudly, so I just quickly washed up, spent about 5 minutes in the outdoor bath, and left. Such a pity! With no other option, I was able to relax in the private bath on the balcony, enjoying the hazy moonlight. The shuttle bus service was convenient.

Far away from the centre. There is shuttle bus from their partner hotel at classic nikko hotel which is opposite nikko station. Just inform the recepcionist you are hotel euro guest and would like to take the shuttle bus. Shuttle bus from hotel euro to tobu station is 9, 9.15, 9.30 am. Shuttle bus from nikko classic hotel to hotel euro are 3.15, 4.15, 4.15PM.

Good things: PRICE, private onsen, ok size of the room, food court right next to the hotel, hot water, ice and vending machines, microwave are available 24 hours. Not good things: location is really soso. It is 20 mins by foot from Tobu Nikko station, but up to the hill🙄 shower is surprisingly located at the balcony, have no idea, how to use it in winter. For me mattress and pillow were extremely not comfortable.

The room was clean and the bathroom and toilet were separate (the bath was open-air and the shower was also outside). It was a comfortable stay.

The hotel is located mid-mountain, away from the city center. There are public buses from Nikko Station to Kirifuri Plateau, but they run infrequently. When we arrived, pushing our luggage, we didn't consider other options; a taxi would have been the most time-efficient option, costing 800 yen. The hotel staff were polite and smiling. Since it was only 12:30 PM, they checked us in and stored our luggage, allowing us to walk down the mountain to the city center in just 15 minutes. The hotel's surroundings are pleasant, while the interior is simple, with a common reading area and a tea room with free chopsticks and bowls. While dinner is not served, there is a large restaurant behind the hotel. The only drawback is that the open-air bath requires access outside the hotel, making it quite small. Even with 5-6 people inside or outside, it felt cramped. Overall, this hotel was very comfortable and I would definitely stay there again.

It was a bad experience, the room was very dusty. Breakfasts are bad, little choice, pastries were not tasty, almost no fruit. Instead of a full dinner, they provide coupons for 2500 yen per person for the food court, but for this amount it is impossible to eat well, the food is not of high quality. I only liked the sashimi, everything else was bad. This is a very bad dinner in Japan! The onsen is very small and uncomfortable to be in if more than 4 people come. The only plus is the presence of a private bathroom in the room on the balcony, but it can be cold there in the winter.

The hotel is quite old and difficult to get to. The only convenience is that there is a free shuttle bus from the hotel, Classic. The outdoor bathtub is quite well made. The room is spacious, but the bathroom has a strong smell. The room has a musty smell like dust. There is a restaurant next door that opens until late at night. There are not many convenience stores and restaurants in the area.

Good accommodation, old style, open bathtub, very cool.

The service environment is good, but the traffic is inconvenient if you travel independently

Dinner was delicious, and the room had a bath, so it was comfortable to stay at the hotel without having to go anywhere.
