First time staying here. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The front desk service was also great, always accommodating our requests. The room's cleanliness was just okay, but for the price, it offers good value for money.

The hotel's location is excellent, not far from Tianyi Square, Gulou, and Yuehu Park, all within walking distance. However, the cleanliness is just average; dust in the corners of the room was visible to the naked eye.

This hotel is super well located, right within the heart of chenhuangmiao and the bustling Tian Yi shopping district. At night, there are street stalls around the hotel - the fried noodles are so good. I walked every where - to Gulou District, and even Wai Tan. The hotel also came with laundry facilities, which I appreciated. I gave 4 stars for the cleanliness - while the rooms are clean, the hotel shares its premises with an Internet bar on the 3rd floor. The Internet bar guests unfortunately litter the stairways with their cigarette butts. Fortunately, when you step onto the hotel floors, cleanliness improves.

The hotel is conveniently located near Chenghuang Temple subway station. The environment is clean, and all rooms have tatami mats. There's also a direct drinking water tap in the room. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helpful.

Facilities: Decent. Hygiene: Decent, but there was a cigarette smell when I entered the room. Environment: It's right above a snack street and tourist area, and not far from Tianyi Square. You can see the pagoda from the window. From Metro Exit A, just walk towards the square, and you'll get there quickly. There's also an internet cafe on the second floor, which is quite convenient. Service: Decent.

Right downstairs are the night market stalls and snack vendors, with plenty of late-night food options. I've stayed here multiple times. The staff at the front desk, both the guys and girls, are really nice, and I've always loved their hotel. After staying here so much, I'm not really used to staying at other hotels anymore.😋

The front desk lady was super pretty and sweet. I booked a special offer room, and she upgraded me to a Japanese-style tatami room for free. The room was incredibly clean, and it even had a hot water dispenser. You could see Tianfeng Tower right outside the window, and it looked quite beautiful when lit up at night. The environment was very quiet, no noise at all. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ningbo!
