The location is good, but it seems very deserted at night, the bed is also very noisy, and the air conditioner is dirty. I have to wipe it off with a towel in the bathroom to use it. This is unlikely to be more polluting during a pandemic.

Poderism rever a questao das toalhas , não gostei porque sao velhas e com péssimo aspecto, wi fi nao funciona (quarto215)local um pouco perigoso se vc for andar pela Passos da Pátria, melhor ir pela orla, cafe da manha satisfatório, quarto em boas condições, ar e frigobar funcionam perfeitamente, recepção nota 1000 , e outros serviços tambem, pesdoal da limpeza e da cozinha .

Estacionamento com vagas limitadas, carro teve que dormi na rua.
Apesar do checkin ser as 14h e termos chegado as 15h nosso quarto não estava pronto e tiveram que colocar a gente em outro carro que ficava de frente pra rua e teve barulho durante toda noite.
Chuveiro do quarto ruim uma gota caindo para cada lado.
Limpeza razoável.
Não ficamos satisfeitos com a hospedagem.

O lugar oferece o prometido na divulgação, entretanto a política de atendimento ao cliente deixa bastante a desejar. A geladeira do quarto fica vazia sendo necessário adquirir bebidas na recepção que fica longe dos demais andares. Embora o ambiente esteja minimamente higienizado, o perfume de talco é extremamente forte dentro do quarto, o que incomodou bastante causando certa irritação respiratória.

Boa experiência. Estive hospedado por 3 dias com minha família. Quarto que ficamos era bom e tivemos uma surpresa positiva pois contava um uma copa com microondas além do frigobar. Para nós que estamos com uma bebe de 8 meses foi super positivo sendo bem util para mamadeira, além da pia para lavarmos nossos utensílios. Café da manhã bom com frutas, queijo frescal. Enfim não tem luxo mais é bem organizado e limpo.

A primeira experiência no hotel foi muito boa, o café da manha é ótimo, está é a segunda experiência e a classifico como razoável, as roupas de cama apresentavam manchas, identificado fio de cabelo na fronha do travesseiro, como a hora era avançada deixei para relatar no check out. Acredito ter sido pontual, pois a equipe é prestativa e cordial.

Me hospedei no dia 25 de março e já tive uma experiência negativa no check in. Fechei a reserva na Booking com a opção “triplo - 1 single bed e 1 double bed” e era exatamente o que estava escrito no meu e-mail de confirmação. Mesmo relatando o erro e explicando que sou Hoteleira, nos justificaram que o Hotel estava lotado por conta do show do Coldplay, que só tinham o triplo com 3 camas e que eu havia fechado a reserva assim. Não sei se houve algum erro de migração da reserva (porque sendo da hotelaria, a gente sabe que acontece), mas nem se deram o trabalho de abrir a extranet da Booking pra verificar a veracidade na OTA, ou na Omnibees. Perguntamos se podiam fazer uma francesa na cama e nos informaram que nós mesmos podíamos juntar. Achei engraçado!
