Experience was great. Very polite staff and very comfortable beds. Room was spacious too!

Field Rep so always in the area & stay here. Easily accessible to restaurants within walking distance.

Although the appearance, cleanliness, and hospitality from the staff and of the facility were good. The timeliness in remedying in domestic disputes was not so great. In the past Al of my experiences with this company was great however this past time has made me rethink my decision.

Room was clean and comfortable. It was nice having a suite so you had a place to sit and unwind before getting into bed. The breakfast was good and had plenty of choices to eat. We didn’t try out the pool but it looked nice.

The manager, Brandon, is such an asset to your company. He has been welcoming since we first arrived. We asked for dining recommendations and he gave us a wide variety of places to consider. He never made us feel like we were bothering him. He answered all questions with a smile. Watching him interact with other guests, they received the same friendly treatment. Hiring Brandon was an excellent business decision.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It was clean, bfast was good, Convenient to shopping, restaurants and major highways. The staff was friendly and nice. I definitely give this hotel a 10.

The first room that I was in had damage to the walls right above the bed. The second room had a moldy odor. This is my first disappointment with a Holiday Inn hotel.

It was very clean & the staff very friendly. The only glitch was they ran out of milk for breakfast.

We ended up not staying here because we were led to believe there was shuttle service to airport and there was none.

We liked the hotel. The room was clean, roomy, the bed was very comfortable and the room had a separate little living room with a desk which was great. The hotel surroundings were clean and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was okay except for the rubbery egg omelet one morning but they had a few other options to choose from. Overall we liked it very much.

I've stayed in many Holiday Inn Express hotels in the past and they always seemed a step up from the average place. Not this location. Upon checking in late in the evening after a late flight, we were informed that the room that I reserved with 2 queen beds was not available and we were given a King suite with a pull out couch. The room was spacious, but our 3rd party was relegated to an uncomfortable fold out. We were not told upon check in about this and basically was told that because I had reserved thru a 3rd party (*******) rooms weren't guaranteed. That was news to me. I was not happy. The room itself was spacious but weird lighting and a very noisy door to the bathroom. Once the couch was made into a bed, there was no where to sit. Breakfast was mediocre.

I really like the room. It was clean and the lighting on the walls was beautiful.

Disappointing! Front desk attendant was very friendly and nice. All issues out of her control. No bedding for the pull out couch in room. Front desk advised they only have sheets. No pillows and no blankets. King suite (sleeps 4) was advertised but no bedding past first 2 guests. Kids are now wrapped in extra sheets. Bathroom hand soap dispenser is completely empty. Toilet seat was totally unlatched (thankfully I had a screwdriver). Bathroom door doesn't close (doesn't even fit inside the frame). Thankfully we're late in and out of here in the morning- but pretty disappointing after a 7 hour drive.
