I used it well. The surrounding scenery is good and the location is close to downtown San Francisco. It is a suitable place for a family trip. Breakfast and facilities are also good. Still, I intend to use it next time.

Very good. The staff is very enthusiastic. The room is very clean. The breakfast is relatively simple but has a variety of options. Ctrip's room is next to the restaurant. It is a little noisy in the morning. If you mind, you can confirm the room location in advance.

Good service, large room, good breakfast

200 yards away from the 101. Burger King across the street and Safeway about 1,5 miles away on the other side of the highway along with Starbucks. Pedestrian rooms but very comfortable king bed and clean bathroom and shower. Good water pressure in the shower! Great WiFi (free). Extraordinary free breakfast (It's free) ... Scrambled eggs, sausage patties and links. Make-your-own pancakes. Seattle's Best coffees. Toast and muffins and pastries. Juices and Ice water. Instant oatmeal and cereals. Real glass plates and metal utensils. Morning news on big flat screen TV. Very, very good ... and did I mention free???

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable, quiet rooms. Really good breakfast. My second stay and will be back as we visit family in the area.

Could NOT cancel on day of arrival at 1:30 pm on the day of arrival due to travel conflicts. Never arrived. Paid for 3 nights. Could not cancel via hotel phone line. Horrible policy!

Outstanding all the way around. Love the cookies and new cafe machine. My son especially loved the hot chocokate

Stay was good. Breakfast was fine. The air conditioner/heater should receive an update though. (Little noise when running) Overall good stay.

The property is perfectly located. Nice staff and the rooms have always been clean and nice. However on this visit the room we stayed in had nail heads sticking up from the carpet where it met the bathroom tile/linoleum. floor.

Not at all like a best western. Don’t let the title fool you. This is a lovely hotel with a full-service restaurant next-door that gives Room service. Amazing hamburgers. They give you fresh made chocolate chip cookies at 7 PM have a reception area cappuccino maker. The bed is so comfortable and the room design is there is a desk to do work if you want or big enough to eat dinner nice big screen. We even had a balcony. The breakfast choices are great. You can make your own waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, and the coffees really good. Location is perfect if you are in between locations. we were coming home from a international trip and needed some rest before going home less than an hour from the airport. The whole thing was great. We even got free early check in at 2 PM. Nothing could’ve been better.

The hotel is very well maintained and an excellent value for the money. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Perry's restaurant next door is yummy. They offer room service at the hotel as well as dining in. Will definitely stay here again when in Marin County.

I enjoyed my visit here. I appreciated the close stores around the area. When I arrived there was a deer on the hil which was really majestic.
