Room size is small for price paid not in downtown KL...
Aircon needs servicing.... Dial to max is still pathetic.... Plus ask your maintenance to do some work .
Water pressure for 17th floor.. very slow... So I can't imagine the lower level...
Lift is slow... Yup super slow...

As always if my mom go KL this is her favourite choice of hotel she will stay.Reasonable price and near to lots of amenities like Masjid India & bukit bintang

Room was clean, but not sparkling clean. Some areas especially in the corners of the toilet & the shower wall seen moldy. Room's floor was clean, pillow & bed linens were clean too. The thing I dislike was, I heard the outside sound. In the middle of nights, there was a loud music and it was disturbing my sleep every nights.
Staffs were friendly, even with my daughter. Thank you!. Breakfast was okay. Enough but not so many choices. The different menu is fried noodle, either mee, bihun or kuew teow) and either beef/chicken and stir fried veggies. Other than that, same menus with my straight 3 days of breakfast.
Pool was okay. Not so big, but clean. Walking distance to Sogo, Jalan TAR & Jalan Masjid India. Easy to find food over here. Overall, 4/5 rating for my whole stay.

Strategic location to stay at KL city center. The parking fee was reasonable and they provide buggy service as well. I would love to stay with Ideas again.

Pretty decent hotel with good location. The surrounding area is not pleasant, especially at night a lot of car club gangs gathering along the road near the hotel. On-street parking is limited.

I recently stayed at IDEAS and had a great experience. The room was perfect and had all the amenities I needed. The food was nice and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
