Surrounded by forests, not many people, very quiet environment

Third time we stayed here and the place still delivers high quality. It will be a fourth time for sure.

This is a wonderful hotel! If you don't mind being outside of Frankfurt - enjoy! Friendly staff, clean and modern rooms, great food choices!

Their fridge door was missing Front door was broken When ask about the missing door fridge they said they were tired of people stealing alcohol Instead of removing the drinks they decided to remove fridge door

Comfortable suite. New hotel and decor tasteful , so in good condition. Not convenient without car although if enjoy walking in woods/park, which we do, is perfect.

The hotel was in the middle of nowhere so taxi had cost about €70 from/to the airport. The area was quite nice though and was pretty to look at in the snow, but due to where the hotel was situated, there was nothing to do. What I didn’t like was the fact we paid extra for early check in at 11am and then maintenance men just walked into our room whilst we were in there. There was clearly miscommunication between staff and this was unacceptable as me and my partner could’ve been doing anything in the hotel room. Then every morning following, housekeeping would just enter the room even with a ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door making it extremely pointless, and also making me and my partner on edge if we wanted to be intimate. Despite the lovely decor, I wouldn’t be making my way back to this hotel any time soon. Staff also tried to recharge me for the entire hotel stay mistakenly when I reminded them I owed them money for early check in. Considering how easy it is to tap a card machine with Apple Pay, luckily I alerted them before making payment otherwise I would’ve paid twice. When leaving, we also owed room service and they was willing to let us leave. As honest people, we informed them, but they seem really unorganised without a clue of what they are doing making it 10x harder for non-German speakers.

Good stay except for the spa visit. Extremely rude woman that was discomforting.

While it was a fair distance from Frankfurt central station, it was certainly worth the wait as it was a majestic hotel in the country side. There was beauty in every direction that you looked.

Beautiful, peaceful surrounding, great room with upgrade! New. Great location for on day before flight to US!

The hotel new staff at evening reception new too the way they talk to guest in dry way Bed room bathroom all new the bed ver comfortable the parking is paid it doesn’t make sense
