Hotel is new, clean and well equipped. There is free of charge parking lot. Stuff is friendly and very helpful. I will comeback here for sure.

ABA Apar**ents is a very good and confortable (especially bed) accomodation with the kitchen. The only is that it is around 2.5 km to the center of Olomouc, take it into account.

We really enjoyed stay, apar**ent was spotless, so was whole property. We were suprized with spacious bathroom, small kitchen, TV programs, A/C, parking in closed area and others. Quiet area, but also near everything in Olomouc.I am really reccomending this place

The electronic check in is negative if arriving at 1300 if the hotel had been manned by staff we could of arranged early check in or at worst leave or bags with staff.
The hotel was in great condition but a little to far from town even if tram/bus service is reliable and comfortable.
Plosive rating on cleanliness comfort and appearance. Ideal for a one night stop or few days touring the area
