For a meeting abroad, the venue was at the Hyatt Hotel in the Convention and Exhibition Center. Because the reservation was late and there were no rooms there, I had to book around. I finally chose this one. It was during the meeting and the price was not cheap. Foreign hotels generally have relatively simple facilities. This hotel should not be considered a star, but overall it is clean and comfortable. It's okay to live alone. Like Ctrip's service, an episode appeared in the middle. Ctrip has been actively following up and finally helped to solve it.

This is the hotel we used to make a transition. It is not bad. There are several restaurants around and there is a convenience store. When I arrived at the Orlando airport, I called the hotel and soon there was a free shuttle bus to pick up. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to the pier at Cape Canaveral. We are going to take the cruise to the pier the next day. We booked the shuttle the night before check in. The fare is much cheaper than the Disney Cruise's own shuttle.

The price/performance ratio is really high. The buffet breakfast saves a lot of money. It is very rich. You can make the waffle in the shape of Mickey yourself. It is delicious. There is hot water and various tea bags on the first floor, which is very hot. But at night the bucket may be empty. The location is only suitable for taxis. After all, Disney is a suburb of Orlando, basically relying on taxis. In order to save money, we came back from the outlets. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Universal Studios and Disney, and there is a timetable at the front desk. There are convenience stores nearby, Donkin Donuts, and restaurants, but we didn't eat them. Then I would like to praise the staff Super Nice, we lost both credit cards when we got off the plane, I have to pay the deposit to the hotel, I only have cash, but the staff said that you must use a credit card, then I explained the situation, the staff one Seeing that I paid the hotel money in full, I didn’t have a deposit. On the third morning, our credit card was sent to the hotel. The front desk also helped us to collect the goods. It was very convenient. Let me talk about the room. The toilet was very clean, I took a disposable plastic bag and took a bath every day. There are 2 sinks in the room, 3 tables, 2 chairs, and the space is large enough. The reception desk smiled politely and the service was patient and thoughtful. The room was not bad, a little old. The location is good, very close to Disney Springs, 5 minutes drive, about 15 minutes drive to Disney theme park. Breakfast is average, there are not many varieties, barely can, the reception is cleaned in time. Parking is very convenient, free, and overall.

Breakfast at this hotel is not bad, I have stayed many times. The service is friendly. Clean and hot water. Very close to Universal, walking distance. There is parking. Suitable for the whole family. The whole environment is friendly and the guests staying polite. orderly. Recommended to stay.

I have been here for 5 nights for a work stay, I was at another hotel last week, here this week and need a hotel for next week business as well. I travel at least once a month and have stayed all Over the state of Florida! The room was a little smaller than I first imagined but after seeing how amazing the staff have been I forgot about the size of the room. They have been so kind ever since check in. The digital key has been such a convenience for me not worrying about losing another room key. They have attended to every detailed need and request I have sent in the Hilton Honors app. Patricia and Lina have been quick and efficient in passing along my requests in a timely fashion to my room. One morning I had to leave for work before my trash bags and items were brought to me and they left them in the room and went above and beyond to make my bed, replace supplies and towels while in the room. Every morning at breakfast everyone is tentative and cleaning and making sure everything is filled and replaced. The housekeepers actually smile and say good morning on my way to breakfast. One housekeeper saw me get off on the wrong floor one evening after work and ensure I knew where my room was. I came down with a little Illness while here and Patricia assisted to ensure I had what I needed to feel better and wished me well. I would recommend this Hampton in. A heartbeat. I also needed to extend my stay an extra night and called down to the lobby and it was taken care of with no issues instantly. Cause for a worry free stay! It is also close to tons of restaurants and I have had to no problems with food being delivered! Thank you to this amazing staff and the people who have helped train them well. Sorry I don’t know everyone’s names but the app helped me remember a few of them. I havent had a complaint yet ( which is unusual for me) so kudos to the entire team and thank you again!
