Kimberly i think was her name at the front desk was exceptional! Very polite and knows what she is doing. The airport transfer was a big help. Spacious room and clean as well. Breakfast was decent.

The location of the hotel is convenient. The food is not good mostly breakfast. The service was dependant on who was serving you. Veron at the front desk was super supportive, friendly and kind.

The problem I had was there was construction going on and I was awaken at 7:00am by the sound of hammers and pounding. This continued all day. So my sleep was interrupted. The Airconditioning went out in my unit rm 522 on the hottest day. It was 94 degrees outside, my room was 80 degrees and I had to move to rm 602. The breakfasts served were nothing like the advertisement pictures. No bacon only sausage patties. Waffles were good and other amenities. The rooms were nicely laid out and comfortable aside from the Airconditioning. Showers lacked bodywash and shampoo, but there were plenty of towels and the bathroom lighting was good. Overall it was ok because I could use the microwave and stove to cook my own meals. Housekeeping staff were on the job.
