Kimberly i think was her name at the front desk was exceptional! Very polite and knows what she is doing. The airport transfer was a big help. Spacious room and clean as well. Breakfast was decent.

The location of the hotel is convenient. The food is not good mostly breakfast. The service was dependant on who was serving you. Veron at the front desk was super supportive, friendly and kind.

The problem I had was there was construction going on and I was awaken at 7:00am by the sound of hammers and pounding. This continued all day. So my sleep was interrupted. The Airconditioning went out in my unit rm 522 on the hottest day. It was 94 degrees outside, my room was 80 degrees and I had to move to rm 602. The breakfasts served were nothing like the advertisement pictures. No bacon only sausage patties. Waffles were good and other amenities. The rooms were nicely laid out and comfortable aside from the Airconditioning. Showers lacked bodywash and shampoo, but there were plenty of towels and the bathroom lighting was good. Overall it was ok because I could use the microwave and stove to cook my own meals. Housekeeping staff were on the job.

Extremely convenient to Orlando international airport. Numerous places for food, beverage and other amenities.

Carpet had tears in it. Ceiling wall paper ( i guess you can call it that ) was peeling off, tiles were uneven and moving in the bathroom. There was also a random contact lens on the bathroom floor when we first walked into the room. We needed it for 8 hours before a flight so i didn’t feel like complaining after a long 4 days at Disney… but unhappy of the condition of the room for the price paid. Would not stay here again.

We stayed here for 1 night after a cruise before a flight home. We wish we would’ve had longer. This hotel is spacious, clean, and in a great location. We were able to find dinner and shopping for the whole family. The free breakfast is incredible, the 2 ladies running it are so friendly and happy, they made our morning great. The airport shuttle was a great perk. This is definitely the place we plan to stay at every time we come back to Orlando.

We arrived very early after cruise debarkation and they were able to store our luggage and had a room ready by noon! Great front desk staff.

Room was fine. Nice to have mini kitchen. Hallways / common areas dirty. Looks like it needs a major overhaul. Staff areas was helpful and kind.

Very nice room. The area felt safe, we took a morning walk around neighborhood. We walked to and from dinner also.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very convenient for airport. The free shuttle service was great.

Customer service was excellent. Breakfast good. 3rd floor hallway carpeting was very bad. Numerous worn out spots showing the concrete underneath. Stained carpet. Air freshener was way to strong in the lobby and hallways.

We were greeted warmly and quickly and had an easy check-in. We were offered breakfast to go as we had a very early checkout.
