There are not many hotel rooms, not too many people, quiet and comfortable👍🏻

Our rooms were extremely spacious. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and we were provided with numerous care products each day delivered to our door in baskets. We had a lovely garden view too. We were greeted and served by a lovely gentleman at the main desk. His English wasn’t great but he tried so hard and was so welcoming. One day there was no hot water on the hotel due to an ‘event’ and that same gentleman came to our room to tell us and had the message translated on his phone to show me. The music in the lobby was always spirited away music and it was very fitting. I use the ladies private bath and outdoor onsen. Noone else was there. It was so perfect. The hotel is close to the station. I really liked it here and highly recommend it ❤️

The surroundings of the hotel are not so nice, but we were pleasantly surprised when entering the hotel. The interior was very modern and the food was delicious.

Everything was good, but there was one thing I was disappointed with: the clock in the men's bath was not set at all.

First time at Naruko Onsen. The hot springs are very good. Arriving at your inn, the smell of sulfur fills you with anticipation. The hot water is very good, with added water but flowing directly from the source. The room is normal. The front staff is very nice. Dinner was steak, but it was average. Unfortunately, the one person in charge of serving the food is very sloppy and makes a lot of noise as he cleans up the dishes like he's throwing them away. The hot springs are very good, and the accommodation is average.

The room price is high, but the food portions for dinner and breakfast are not enough. Other facilities are good.

Close to Naruko Onsen Station, I felt it was a good location to enjoy the cityscape of Naruko Onsen. The hotel was well maintained inside and out. There was a fan in the room, so it wasn't too hot, but I was worried that the air conditioner in the room was old and the temperature could not be controlled well. As for the food, they were very careful about the allergies of the companions, and I was able to spend my time with peace of mind. In addition to the hot springs in the hotel, you can use Takinoyu, which is adjacent to the hotel, and you can enjoy hot springs with different spring qualities.

Anyway, it smells like sulfur. Despite that, the bath is odorless, so I go to the public bath next door. It seems to be located on the ground where sulfur erupts, and after parking overnight, the inside of the car smelled of farts all day the next day, and I was worried that the car body was corroded. Check-in is troublesome with an iPad, even though it's just an address and name entry. The food is reasonably good, but there are some things like Shiraishi Umen that are not ingenuity, so 80 points.

The welcome drink and free tickets to Tonari no Taki no Yu were wonderful. The food was delicious, with creative cuisine, and I recommend it both in the evening and in the morning. The quality of the hot spring water was also excellent.
