Good environment and private onsen able for booking .

I didn't have high expectations at first, but after arriving, I found that everything was great, from the food and service to the environment and the hot springs. I will definitely come again next time.

The room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and tried their best to provide limited service. The food was quite good, offering a wide selection of meals and drinks. Breakfast also had a wide variety of dishes, allowing for authentic cuisine, and a variety of drinks for guests to choose from. The wait staff maintained a distance from guests, which made us feel less intimidated. They also asked about the quality of the food, providing a friendly service. However, I did find the hot springs less than ideal. The women's bath offered virtually no privacy; anyone could see in with the door open. I hope this could be improved, with at least some separation for easier changing.

The room is large and the tatami is very comfortable. I stayed on the 3rd floor. Because it is close to the hot springs♨️, the sulfur smell may be a little strong. The room has large windows. It is beautiful after the snow. The breakfast is delicious.

Usually, one goes to a hot spring for relaxation and delicious food, but this hotel completely disappointed me. Shortly after checking in, they told me to make all of my reservations for dinner and lunch, menu orders, and family bath reservations using a mobile order from a QR code. I had to contact the front desk via an external 090 number. This is a hotel that was renovated and rebuilt five years ago, and it seems they are barely managing with the minimum number of staff. The food was also terrible. Whether it was Western or Japanese food, it was just too salty. The "imo-ko soup" served as a local dish was the color of soy sauce and was pitch black. So salty!!! Although grilling the steak was a performance in front of the customers, the flames were so dangerous and scary. The information posted by your company was good, but the actual situation was terrible. This hotel is not suitable for middle-aged and elderly people.

There are not many hotel rooms, not too many people, quiet and comfortable👍🏻

Our rooms were extremely spacious. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and we were provided with numerous care products each day delivered to our door in baskets. We had a lovely garden view too. We were greeted and served by a lovely gentleman at the main desk. His English wasn’t great but he tried so hard and was so welcoming. One day there was no hot water on the hotel due to an ‘event’ and that same gentleman came to our room to tell us and had the message translated on his phone to show me. The music in the lobby was always spirited away music and it was very fitting. I use the ladies private bath and outdoor onsen. Noone else was there. It was so perfect. The hotel is close to the station. I really liked it here and highly recommend it ❤️

I understand that this group has adopted mobile ordering to reduce the number of staff, but they have a separate ledger for the online booking and the private bath reservation made two days before check-in, which was snatched away by another guest. The alternative offered was to have another guest leave after only five minutes in, which is insane. In the end, we had to just accept it.
