"I booked a room without a window, but all other room types were full. The air conditioning in my room was faulty, staying at a constant 16.8 degrees Celsius. I was so cold after dinner that I couldn't shower or sleep, so I asked to change rooms. The staff told me the air conditioning wasn't broken, as if I didn't know how to use it. Half an hour later, after they adjusted the temperature, it still hadn't changed. I insisted on changing rooms before they finally did. The bath towels in the room felt unwashed and had a musty smell… I will definitely never stay here again."

"For short stay should be ok, for long stay might not be that comfortable. I started 9 days and many days they skipped the cleaning, I had to ask for tower changes a some days. It is a new hotel, still adjusting their service , the installations are quite new and nice. There are not many options in Sodertalje. The breakfast was standard but good."

Very fluffy covers and beautiful beds."
