Very near to train station. Nearby to convenient stores. Breakfast is good. Washing machine is convenient. Spacious room for Japanese standard.

I think this is a good hotel for a single person to stay in. There are bars and convenience stores nearby, and it's very convenient because it's close to the station.

Very convenient and clean

If you like beds that feel like stone, then this is the place for you. But after a long trip, all I want is a nice snuggly place to lay down. In this hotel I could not even turn to the other side without hurting my hips. The pillows are hard as hell too. Other reasons to not come here are the super slow wifi and weirdly located sockets for charging. They do have a super sour complimentary drink if you are into that 🤷‍♀️.

I stayed here for the location. It’s decent for 1 night stay but I wouldn’t want to stay longer than that.

Room is too small and the curtains didn’t block sunlight. The staff was quite rude at check in and requesting unnecessary documents.

Staff is not good there is no car parking Bed is very small. Room is also very small.

The room was clean and impeccable. It can't be helped, but it's a bit of a hassle to go to the front desk to get amenities and robes.

The location is good, near Sano Station. There is a convenience store just outside the east exit of the station.

It was a nice, clean hotel. The breakfast area seemed a little small.
