Pamukkale küçük bir bölge olmasına rağmen otelin yeri merkezi. Odalar temiz, çalışanlar ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Memnun kaldık. Fiyat kalite dengesi ***et başarılı.

Güzel ve hoş bi otel

Sehr schön gelegen mit einem super Blick auf die Anlage von Pamukkale. Leider war der Toilettendeckel kaputt und die Dusche war auch nicht so wie sie sein sollte. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer bemüht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Man kann dieses Hotel empfehlen

Her şey çok güzeldi, güleryüzlü personel, odalar ***et konforlu. Pamukkale antik kentine çok yakın bir konumda, bize nasıl gideceğimize kadar her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltısı çok çeşitli ve tazeydi. Akşam yemeği de çok lezzetliydi ustanın ellerine sağlık, yemekler ücret olarakta çok uygun. Fiyat performans bir konaklama.

Amazing stay for 1 or 2 nights. It said check in was until 8pm but I messaged them and said if I will be coming at 11:30pm and they waited till I arrived to let me stay at the hotel. Amazing customer service and they really cared about us. We got a king size bed and very comfortable. Overall amazing stay. Breakfast was amazing aswell and we left this place happy and would definitely recommend if you’re coming. 10/10

Razoavel estadia. Ótimo stendimento da Busra,que nos atendeu na recepção. Hotel com banheiro ruim, roupa de cama com buracos.

Lighting: some bulbs could not turn off and some were not working. No shower door. Hope in wall

We really enjoyed our stay at Melrose Viewpoint hotel. The staff was very friendly and the location of the hotel is in walking distance to the terraces. Additionally, the breakfast offers a great choice of local food.

The room had a view of the Pamukkale site and was spacious and clean. The staff were very nice and helpful and spoke English. There was a shuttle to the associated restaurant which served good food. The included breakfast was a true huge Turkish breakfast and amazing. Some small negatives, the room had some water damage and the toilet doesn't allow for paper to be flushed most likely due to the slow drainage. The shower door didn't close on the water side so water got out. Overall, for the price I would highly recommend this accommodation for its kind people and good food.

Overall I think the property was over priced. The pool area was a lot smaller than it looked. The rooms were dated and the furniture in the rooms needed some care / updating. The bathroom looked dirty and there wasn’t a proper door so couldnt close it fully or lock it. The body wash containers had all clearly been used and left there from the last person. On the plus side, the staff were really friendly and the breakfast was lovely.
