Lovely old heritage hotel located in the old historic latin quarter. It id 150 years old. Tradtional old portuguse decor and furniture. I loved it. Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean bed linen and fluffy white towels ! Very helpful staff.

There are three Panjim Inn properties. This review is for Panjim Inn. Lovely common terrace and balcony, charming traditional heritage building and design and good breakfast. Verandah Restaurant dinner could be a bit improved. Thanks to Ajit and the team!

Great location; large, comfortable rooms; good breakfast and very hospitable. Go for rooms on the first floor with a creek view if they are available.

If you want to stay at Fontainhas then the location is perfect but morning team was not courteous at all, they kept calling repeatedly for check out and did not consider even 30 mins delay.

We encountered unacceptable behavior from the owner. Although the check-in time was 11 am, we arrived early and requested a room at 8:30 am to freshen up. They provided the room, but later, the owner claimed it was against their policy, stating we were occupying the room from 6:30 am which was completely false. As I didn't snatch the keys or barge into the room; I made a request, and they accommodated it. If they had a policy against early check-in, they could have simply said no or offered to charge an extra fee. However, insulting guests after receiving full payment is completely unacceptable. I didn't argue, as we had already paid in full and my child was present. Moreover, I booked a deluxe room at Panjim Inn with a city view (256 sqft), but was given a room at Panjim Pousada on the ground floor with no view. The room had broken windows. The owners are dishonest, and I'm also disappointed with MakeMyTrip. Although the rooms were clean, and the staff were polite and courteous, the owner's behavior was appalling. They should respect guests, who spend their hard-earned money on trips, rather than insulting and cheating them.

The location is very good as there are many walking sites and restaurants near by. Quaint cafés. Good shopping. Great photography locations. The hotel has decent rooms, cleanliness is also good. The staff is polite and helpful. Their deck restaurant has a good location spot.

Family of 4 adults stayed for 6 nights. The location was superb, furniture and decor in the rooms, reception and dining area quite authentic and the breakfast, both food and service, were simply terrific. We really enjoyed our stay. But as we are not fond of felines, please do something about the furry resident. Ajit thanks for the warm personal touch of giving us Goa gifts to takeaway.

Quaint heritage hotel with good sized clean rooms and all basic amenities. The hotel has charming old goa vibes with their wooden furniture, older style rooms, poster beds, nice restaurant etc. Would any day recommend staying here as compared to a hotel chain. The lane next to it is beautiful and has many tourists during the day for pictures etc.

This was a very pleasant stay. They have done an excellent job of making the place both interesting and reflective of what old Goa was like. Despite the building's age, they've managed to create a pleasant atmosphere for guests, while still preserving a sense of the old-world experience. The staff was were very pleasant and helpful. And the breakfast was also pretty good. The location is also good. it’s also pleasant to speak with Ajit who is the proprietor of the Hotel and learn from his experiences and how the building has been in his family’s possession for several generations.

It was horrible as the rooms were smelly, the linen was all old and bathroom was dirty, and the food ( breakfast) was bad, it seemed as if we were staying in small dingy hotel of pahargunj.

Prime location in famous fountain-has lat-in quarter, offers old world feeling, helpful & courteous staff, decent room size and amenities. However, food is good but little expensive. Also, room tariff is on a higher side but considering heritage nature and proximity to tourist attractions, justified. Overall, a good experience.
