wanted to share my fantastic experience! The hotel itself is modern and inviting, offering a relaxed atmosphere that's perfect for unwinding after a busy day of sightseeing or business meetings. One of the things that truly impressed me was the exceptional service I received from the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful, but I wanted to give a special shout-out to Baljit kaur. Her attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile made a significant difference in my stay. She was incredibly professional and always ensured I had everything I needed.

I am a frequent solo traveler, but this time i was travelling with my family, stayed at Bella Vista by ITC for the first time and my stay was really comfortable and relaxing. Booked cabana room, although had few difficulties while checking in but manager Mr Sandeep Sharma helped us and made sure our stay is comfortable. Nice ambiance, neatly managed rooms, good spread of breakfast. Kids too enjoyed the stay. Thank you Mr Sandeep and team, will visit super soon !

Had dinner at the Welcome Cafe Serenade. The food was sumptuous and the service was excellent. We were served by Calvin. He was very courteous and professional. Thank you to their chef for amazing food and to Calvin for awesome service. Will surely visit again.

It is my first time to visit in this hotel with family and really it was a great experience for me,nice hospitality, great service front desk team was very helpful specially I would like to mention the name of Mr. Manish Ravinder and Akshay they helped me a lot rooms was clean and food was also good ,I would like to come back again in this hotel

Housekeeping staff was very nice helpfull very exellant room cleaning i am happy stay with there and sarvice was very very nice i am again come back there thank for all housekeeping staff and i am again visit there by have a good day bath room cleaning also good
