Location was for us was fantastic. The neighborhood was quiet but close to major amenities. The hotel had a certain charm and lived up to it's boutique status. Although we knew the bathroom would be smaller than average, the shower was almost too small for an adult. The cleanliness of the property was above average. The breakfast room was spotless, and had nice selection of hot and cold breakfast. The front desk and breakfast room staff were friendly and approachable.

Very nice view to Eiffel Tower! Amazing staff, especially the lady from Colombia speaking English and Spanish! Great service, luggage storage, useful information! And nice breakfast!

Clean room, clean bathroom and toilet. Friendly staff. Essential toiletries available. The AC/heating is temperamental. Sometimes it works, sometimes it won't. But it wasn't an issue because it was cold outside, just open the windows and it feels like you've turned the AC on. The TV is working. There is a telephone available. At night/dawn, the line goes busy and you can actually hear the sound even if the phone is not in use. They also have a safe locker in the room for valuables. Breakfast is good. Choices available. As we stayed 2 nights, the 2nd day, we didn't get refills for our complementary waters. But, tap water can be drank so no fuss. I think it is a safe place in general. Quiet at night. Location is great, situated near Metros and McDonald's and other food establishments are within the vicinity. I would return to this place, if I were to visit France again.

An affordable stay in good location, a few steps to the rue de Commerce. Diligently welcoming staff. A retrofit air conditioner in the room. Restaurants, cafes, a pizza house, bakeries… full of them around. Not recommended to tourists with heavy bulky luggage because no matter which floor they stay, they have to hand carry it from the lift that is located in the centre of the staircase. Small guest rooms. Furniture in the guestroom very old, suggesting that the owner has never considered renovation for many years, although the main near the table was equipped with an usb-c charging outlet. Which was outstanding to the old fashioned hotel. Slow wi-fi.

I was just in Paris for a quick visit. My room was ready early and they were kind enough to let me in so I could take a quick nap after a long flight from NYC. Everyone who worked there was very nice and pleasant. The room was simple, which was all I needed, mostly. The only other thing that would have made it perfect would have been a small mini fridge. I have medication I need to keep cold, but I had a plug in cooler mug I used. Would have been nice to have a tiny fridge that would allow you to put some perishable items in to take back home. My bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was so clutch! I wouldn’t have been able to sleep without it, as I’m used to sleeping cold. There was even a nice outside area you could sip tea in while waiting for your room, if need be. I would definitely recommend if you just need a clean, conveniently located place to sleep, shower, recharge while enjoying Paris! I walked to and from the Eiffel Tower a couple of times. Right around the corner from a 24 hour pharmacy in case you need anything.

Service is excellent. Location is perfect. View from the room is amazing. But the lift is only available on the 2nd floor. So we have to carry our heavy luggage using the stairs.

A small balcony with view of Eiffel Tower😍😍😍 The room is clean and tidy! King size bed is so nice The only thing I can comment is that the lift is only available for even number of level 😣 we have to move our luggage to 2nd floor and then take the lift. Overall I will rate it 4.9/5 👍definitely will book again next time

We were not lucky our room number is 1 So on O floor and close the main gate and restaurant for breakfast But we book 2 night they allowed us to cancel 1 night without any charge very friendly hotel! If u are nit stay in 0 floor It will be nice

The hotel has really nice location, it just need 5min walk to the subway. I had very great breakfast, and if I go to Paris next time I will choose it again

Not feel good in the hotel as limited facilities just location is good nothing else… breakfast is also bad

Fantastic find, great hotel and in a brilliant location for everything that Paris has to offer. Amazing front of house service and great information provided. Also they speak English Which was a massive help
