Environment: The room is very spacious and the location is five minutes walk from Galeries Lafayette. Service: The little brother at the front desk is too handsome, very French and very caring and old and we wink. The security at the door is also very good. Recently, the French riots will remind us not to run around at night and tell us which areas can't go. Facilities: The hotel's restaurant food is also delicious!

The service at the front desk is very good and I changed the change for 20 euros. I brought the 200 euros. This kind of consumption is not accepted here. The opening time of the mobile phone charging port for breakfast is also long. When I checked out from 7:00 to 11:00, the hotel helped me call a taxi and took my luggage to the taxi. The only disadvantage is that the price is expensive and the house is gone. I hesitated the next day. The room was sold out after looking at the sights in Paris and moved to another hotel

Very nice hotel about 3 blocks from Arc de Triomphe. We walked to everything. Very clean and seems to be recently renovated with modern baths and electronics. The restaurant was just a bit minimalist. And, our experience with getting cars, etc. was so-so. Still, would choose it again as a reasonably-priced (for Paris!) 5-star property.

Amazing hotel with exceptional service. location is alright, about 10mins walk to concord metro. very quite street right next to the American embassy. the staff were very helpful and pleasant. I got a cake, champagne and small gift from the hotel since it was my bday. They made us feel very special. I would highly recommend this hotel.
