As far as everything is ok... for the price of the hotel with the location, great! Also everything was ok... only the prices for parking and at the hotel bar should be reconsidered! I personally think it's too expensive!

We started with an issue with the keycard not working, bit otherwise the place is fine, as expected comfortable and clean. I have used Premier Inn before and it is a vast improvement on the previous owners.

Great location for shopping near the river, clean, quiet, amazing bed, parking in hotel garage for 15 Euro. All people in reception were amazing. Breakfast wasn't bargain, a cake would be nice next time. Premier Inn is becoming my favoured chain hotel.

Great location. Not far from the train station- we walked to it. In the old city center , close to restaurants, shops, music. Comfortable rooms, luggage storage. We loved meandering through this city.

Great location with underground parking if available, at 15 euros per night. Decor was modern, staff very good. Breakfast good, but could have been better. Price to quality ratio overall, excellent. Would recommend. The restaurant across the road, Heilig-Geist-Stiftschenke, is great.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was absolutely perfect, the best choice in Passau. The Hotel is so nice, clean, quiet and the room was all we needed. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is clean and very nice arranged. I would come back definitely.

The first visit to this hotel was in October 22 privately on our way through on vacation to Austria, the second in March was of a business nature. Both times the stay was very pleasant, I recommend the hotel unreservedly. The location is great, right in the city center and easy to reach both by car (own underground car park) and when arriving by train (only a few minutes' walk from the train station). I especially remembered the positive attitude of the employees and this time I only met helpful and very friendly hotel staff. The furnishings in the rooms are very new, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast buffet is extensive and of very good quality.

Altbackene Zimmer, sehr schlechtes Frühstück. Ei aus der Tüte und Auswahl an Alternativen gering. Kaltes Teewasser und abgekühlte Würstchen. Bin etwas enttäuscht, weil die Bewertung deutlich besser war. ……………………………,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Die Lage ist super, direkt an der Fußgängerzone gelegen und dazu noch eine Tiefgarage, perfekt! Der Empfang war super locker und die Herren im Service konnten all unsere Fragen beantworten. Unser Zimmer lag sehr ruhig im dritten Stock mit Sicht zum Innenhof, normale Ausstattung, sehr bequemes Bett, alles super sauber! Wir konnten 3 Nächte entspannt schlafen und konnten auch das sehr leckere Frühstück zum fairen Preis genießen. In Summe ein schönes, ruhiges und sehr sauberes Hotel mit ganz tollen Mitarbeitern. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Trickreiche Anreise und Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage Das Hotel liegt ideal für einen Besuch der Stadt. Mittendrin, mit Parkplatz und dank der super gedämmten Fenster Ruhe. Freundlicher Empfang und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, in einem sehr interessanten Gebäude. Das Hotel ist offensichtlich der xte Nutzer des Gebäudes mit einem imposanten Treppenhaus. Restaurants sind zahlreich in nächster Umgebung vorhanden.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Sowohl zum Bahnhof, als auch zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten laufbar. Wir haben zweimal im Hotel (vor und nach Flusskreuzfahrt) übernachtet. Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend und sehr nett. Die Einrichtung hat ein Hauch von Eleganz mit Reisesprüchen vermerkt, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Zimmer sind sauber, schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war gut. Wir können es wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Die Zimmer sind typisch Premier Inn mit guten Betten, modern, hier aber mit etwas nicht so modernen Bädern. Das Personal freundlich, vielleicht sollte man den freundlichen Herren, die am Abend Dienst an der Rezeption haben den Hinweis geben, in Gegenwart von Gästen nicht extrem lautstark in fremder Sprache zu diskutieren. Das taten sie bestimmt eine halbe Stunde lang und hat mich als Gast an der Bar sehr gestört.
