Everything is fine just the cigarette odor along the corridor was too much to handle. The smoking area should be fixed.

The location was great there are lot of restaurant nearby and the service front was friendly and helpful

The location is good, walking distance to the mrt station. The receptionist are very friendly and helpful always. The only thing is, got one cleaner aunty is very rude as I ask her nicely if she can call the reception counter to confirm my room number because we just newly upgraded to a window room, she just straight yell at me said she don’t have, of cuz I yell back since SHE IS NOT THE FIRST TIME YELL AT ME. I was extremely angry that time and I ran to the counter to made a complaint about her. Luckily they give her some punishment (but don’t know what kind🥲). I mean yes I support old people to work but actually the aunty not that old maybe around 40s-50s only, but if this kind of attitude is not tolerated ya. Otherwise no bad experience at here.

設施：酒店設施齊全客服服務態度很好電話幾乎秒接。
衞生：整體還算乾淨，但是一樓服務枱陰雨天有蟑螂。
環境：環境很安靜。周邊購物出行吃飯很方便，很多網紅美食店。
服務：服務不錯，有早餐自助。包子，饅頭，餃子，玉米，紅薯，雞蛋，炒麪，腸粉，粥和鹹菜。。
