Pontos positivos: a maioria dos recepcionistas foi muito gentil e eram atenciosos; limpeza do quarto; café da manhã muito bom.
Pontos negativos: fui colocada num quarto no segundo andar, cuja janela dava para um telhado. A camareira costumava deixar a janela aberta, o que causava preocupação de que piudessem entrar bichos como baratas, aranhas e roedores. Além disso, o site informava que havia restaurante no hotel e serviço de quarto 24 horas, o que não corresponde à realidade.

Café da manhã PÉSSIMO. Pouca variedade, ovos mexidos frios, ambiente com aspecto velho e sujo, atendentes do café mal humorados. Instalações antigas e mal conservadas, banheiro parecia estar sujo e encardido. Garagem com acesso ruim, tivemos que descer por escadas carregando as malas (não tinham manobrista e tampouco alguém pra ajudar com as malas, mesmo cobrando pelo estacionamento). Esse hotel já foi referência no passado, passei minha lua de mel nele há cerca de 20 anos....uma pena o estado em que se encontra.

Excelente Hotel. Bem localizado, apartamentos novos, camas confortáveis. café da manhã delicioso. Atendimento da equipe do hotel Excelente. Precisei permanecer no quarto por um horário superior ao da diária e a equipe do hotel prontamente compreendeu e disponibilizou todo o apoio necessário, estando de parabéns.

Não posso reclamar do atendimento cordial dos funcionários. Os recepcionistas excelentes. Fazem de tudo para agradar os hóspedes. Se fosse avaliar separado daria dez aos funcionários. O Hotel peca pelo preço do estacionamento R$ 29.00 vinte e nove reais a diária. Não tem manobrista e aberto, não tem cobertura no estacionamento. Hoje 30.05.23 - bolo duro, alguns salgados também pareceu-me que não era do mesmo dia. Uma torta de frango pela metade. Achei realmente que não atendeu as minhas expectativas. Quebramos um copo no quarto. O preço de RS 15.00 foi exorbitante. Na noite de domingo perguntei sobre lanches a noite mas só funcionária após as 22 hs. Mesmo com o atendimento brilhante dos recepcionistas não retornarei ao Itatiaia.

Estuvimos una noche de paso hacia la costa. Muy bueno en relación precio calidad muy buen desayuno, en el centro de la ciudad, habitaciones bien, tal vez habría q actualizarlas pero están bien, buena limpieza, es un 3 estrellas
