The hotel is well located, a bit expensive for what it is, breakfasts is not so good, can be better

EVITE HOSPEDARSE EN ESTE HOTEL si tiene planeado dormir, literalmente es como si durmieras dentro de una discoteca. El ruido de la discoteca que queda en el 4to piso del hotel es estruendoso, además de las que quedan en el primer piso. Sale más barato pasar la noche en vela parrandeando en una de esas discotecas vecinas

This hotel is horrible nohot water for 6 days ,construction inside the hotel all day you don't have relax don't sleep at day imposible,I just leave because the noise it's to loud no recommendations for this location

Very good location. Staff was friendly and helpful. A tasty breakfast was served on the on the rooftop terrace/restaurant.

I liked the property very central close to everything, one of the things I liked the most was the rooftop restaurant. I recommend them. I will definitely return to that hotel.

First night I couldn’t sleep because of the noise of chair moving around and the music extremely loud in the rooftop. On top of it they never repair the bathroom door that I reported the first day

My stay at ZiOne Luxury Hotel was amazing. The staff is absolutely fantastic. Additionally, the adjacent coffee shop and restaurant are incredible! If needed, transportation is extremely convenient and the hotel is a quick walk to the mall, bars, cafes and surrounding restaurants.

The hotel is located in area surrounded by restaurants and businesses, easy transportation and easy walks to entertainment areas including the arboleda mall.

Not sure what they mean when they call themselves a luxury hotel, but I wouldn't. Biggest problem was the room itself which was barely big enough to allow 2 people to move in it, and with nowhere for either of them to sit except the bed, plus and a tiny bathroom. If you need to work while here, don't bother...the lighting is minimal and there's no room to put even a laptop comfortably. On the plus side, bed and linens were fine, and a good shower; general cleanliness is good; and the breakfast buffet is of acceptable quality without being luxurious. But the biggest problem was noise.Our room opened onto a very busy street with 24 hour traffic, and next door are two popular bar/restaurants that play very loud music until the wee hours.Sleep was at a premium! Staff were generally helpful and efficient, but nobody seemed to have any English for the moments when my relatively functional Spanish failed. Altogether this place disappoints and definitely should consider removing the "luxury" tag!

It had a humidity smell and the shower being in a jacuzzi is not a safe idea

Nice hotel conveniently located. Many restaurants located close by. Super staff of service oriented employees. Will definitely return.
