It was a nice stay!! There was a cute little balcony and the room was nicely clean. The staff was also really nice. It is in the city center so there is a bit of noise but doable. Overall a good experience.

Booked this hotel because of location. But half a mile walk to get to it . My friend is disabled. Put us on the 3rd floor .with no lift . Totally spoilt our trip . Had to change hotel . The 2nd day . Staff did not care .lovely island spoilt by bad hotel.

Hotel was ten minute walk from pier. On arrival hotel looked very clean, rooms were lovely. There can be noise in the room from the bars in the evening but once you were asleep it was not an issue. We did have a great stay here and then when checking out we were charged 400batt for a towel which had been stained, I am sure it was from the floor in bathroom .

Too noisy in the evening

The room was very dirty and there was mold all over the bathroom. Felt uncomfortable to sleep in because of the mold and dirt. We were desperate for a hotel for just one night, so it was fine. It was loud, but you can’t fault the hotel for that given the area. Would never stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it even if you are desperate.

Great location in a central area of Koh Phi Phi, on a main street, right by many shops and restaurants, and very close to the main beach where all the clubs/bars are. Staff is friendly, helpful, and happy to help with getting luggage from/to the pier. Was a little noisy at night, but that is true for all hotels in this area of Koh Phi Phi. Hotel and room was one of the cleanest I've stayed in on this island and decor/furnishings appear to be pretty new.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, free coffee in the mornings and close to everything. Someone waiting to take our bags and show us the way when we got off the ferry was so welcome. I don’t understand why people have left negative reviews, the staff were friendly and helped us when I had locked us out of the safe. Full key deposit given back with no issues. Noise wasn’t too much of a problem but in a hotel in the middle of a party town you will get some noise. I was really worried about staying here after reading some of the reviews but it was a nice stay and the room was clean with comfortable beds - what more can you ask for in a budget friendly hotel? I would recommend.

Although basic and clean (had a room downstairs) the beds were rock hard, and we had to have a lot of vodka to get some sleep! Also a very peculiar smell emitts from the room constantly. There is also a "weird" patio but I wouldnt advice opening the door, as there are some weird looking bugs in there. Free coffee in the morning a nice touch. Budget stay for one night, but wouldn't return.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the room is nice and clean.

The room is not soundproof. But overall very ok

The location is on prime street for nightlife. Walking a bit far from pier but overall ok.
